"Went there on the 31st. The soup bowls, spoons, forks, knives and salad plares were dirty. They all had dried food particles that I saw very clearly. The plates and cups were wet, slimy and dirty. It's obvious dishes aren't scrubbed or wiped before irafter used. Yuck!! I had to use my hand sanitizer and my water to clean them. I alerted 3 different personnel and they wouldreturn them to kitchen then bring them out again, slimy and dirty. My meal was $17.95 without taxes. It was a regular sizechicken breast with cheese, burnt vacin and sliver if avocado. One side of large chunks of zucchini and yellow squash that wasnot cooked. Vegetables were raw. The waitress never returned to my table. I had to get up and find her for a to go box and morewater. Bad service and food. The spinach at salad bar was wilted. Wet and slimy."

Staff was polite. Bread was cold and a bit stale. We ordered steaks, one well done, the other medium rare. Both were good but both were underdone.

Wonderful service with porcha and Chris. Very attentive. My husband had the prime rib which was absolutely amazing cut of meat and our kids have the sirloin off the kids menu. Wonderful meats. I had the salad bar which is always top notch. HIGHLY recommend this restaurant

I like this place personally. It's been a long time and recently renovated. The salad bar has always been amazing. It is more for established people who are loyal, but the good is that there is hardly any waiting and I enjoy eating. There is free bread and butter. Look at it.

The food at Cattle Baron's is highly inconsistent; one evening it can be quite good, while on the next visit it can be disappointing. My meal tonight was cold, and unfortunately, I couldn't inform my server since she was nowhere to be seen. The prices are too high for the quality of food served, and the lack of service is quite frustrating. I won’t be coming back to this restaurant. View menu

We used to visit a different location when we lived in another city and had a good experience, but I have to say that the Midland location really goes above and beyond every time we visit. I've treated myself to their finest offerings, including appetizers and desserts, and tonight we just enjoyed the salad bar, yet we were still treated exceptionally well. The food is consistently excellent, and it always puts my wife and me in a great mood. Well done!

I highly recommend this restaurant for a dinner with clients, especially if you're bringing women and children, as well as for a nice lunch with colleagues. The steaks here are some of the best you'll ever taste! If you're a fan of salads, you'll love the incredible selection at the salad bar, and they usually offer two soups as well! The staff makes you feel like you're on a cruise ship during a formal dinner—it's a fantastic experience! I can't wait to return!

We used to frequent another restaurant when we lived in a different city, and we really enjoyed it. However, I must say that the Midland location consistently gives us the feeling of being welcomed back every time we visit. I splurged and ordered their best offerings, including appetizers and desserts, and tonight, even just the straightforward salad bar, we were still treated with exceptional service. The food is always spot on, and it brings my wife and me to a truly happy place. Great job! View menu

The Crispy Chicken Salad is my favorite. There's just something about the honey BBQ dressing and the wontons. The service has always been great and the staff is friendly. The only thing that I don't like is that the linen napkins smell...horrible. We've found stains several times on the napkins upon unwrapping and I'm not referring to permanent stains. More like left over stains from the prior meal. My guests napkin today looked like it had leftover mashed potatoe stains. I should have taken a picture of that. Anyhow I would recommend this place. The food and service make up for the napkins.

Took the family out for dinner around 6pm. The four of us were greeted and seated right away. Before we sat down, our server was there to get our drink orders. The drinks arrived shortly with a hot loaf of bread. We placed our orders at that time. 3 of us got a salad bar. There were Many awesome choices on the salad bar. Right as I finished my salad the rest of the meal was delivered. The entire order was correct and all the dinner choices tasted Excellent!! We had 2 more loaves of their bread (fresh from the oven) before we left. The food was excellent. The staff is Awesome and the price is comparable to other steak houses.

"Just finished eating here.First of, it’s about time that Midland got a Mediterranean Restaurant, so that’s a big plus. I’ve been flying through here for 9 years and this is the first time to see a Mediterranean option on Google maps. Well done. Now for the food.To be fair, I’m spoiled by all the good Mediterranean restaurants in the DFW area, so take this with a grain of salt or some garlic sauce and Tzaziki, lol.I ordered the Lamb Gyro over Saffron rice, with the side choice of hummus and a salad of Tabouli, and “Iraqi tea.”The first impression was that for the price, the portions were ok, maybe a tad small, but that’s ok. I was a bit surprised that it came in plastic containers and we weren’t initially provided with utensils, which would be an immediate service improvement. The gyro meat didn’t taste very strongly of lamb, but was nicely seasoned and certainty not bad. It was on top of the rice with some tomatoes and yogurt sauce. The saffron rice was good, and I chose to mix it with the hummus, which turned out nicely. The hummus itself was a tad bland, but definitely not bad. It favors those who aren’t into as many spices like the hummus with paprika on top that I had last night in Dallas. The tabouli which is a favorite dish of mine was the biggest letdown as it was reasonably expensive for the amount in the plastic bowl, and also a bit bland. A bit more lemon juice or something would help it tremendously.Overall, it’s probably three and a half stars for me, but I’m giving this a four instead of a three, because it’s currently the best Mediterranean food at a restaurant in Midland or anywhere nearby and perhaps it will improve as they get established.Regarding the Iraqi Tea it basically tasted identical to the Earl Gray tea I had back in Dallas before the flight."
