"Here’s my nightmare experience with Centro. On October 20, 2022, I ordered a baked ziti and a 2-liter soda. Instead of being charged once, I was charged 8 times on my debit card, totaling $15.20! They refuse to reverse the charges and told me to go through my bank instead. That’s how they handle their business. On top of that, they never even delivered my food! I filed a complaint with Consumer Affairs and the New York State Restaurant Licensing Division."

Delicious flavors! I'm a fan of thick crust, but I really enjoyed the grandma pizza. The slice wasn't overly oily, and both were incredibly flavorful. However, I did notice the crust was quite thin. The fresh ingredients really stood out, and everything was served hot and quickly, along with excellent service!

The owner is the NICEST human ever! My 5 year old son was having a huge meltdown tonight and he was so kind and so concerned. He even came over and gave him a piece of cake from the fridge because he could see we just couldn’t get him to calm down. It isso rare to encounter kindness and compassion like his. PS.
