"I'm giving this place one star for the atmosphere because it's not pleasant to smell floor cleaner while you're trying to enjoy dinner. It was more than an hour before closing time, and they had already started mopping the floors. I realize they were preparing to close, especially since parts of the restaurant were blocked off. I really hope they reconsider using strong cleaning products while guests are still dining."

"I absolutely love the atmosphere here! Our server, Alexa, was fantastic. Every dish we ordered was amazing. The Brussels sprouts were rich, dense, and had the perfect balance of sweet and savory. The salmon was cooked to perfection. Both the French onion and cream of mushroom soups were great! The chicken Marsala was also excellent! We enjoyed the carrot cake for dessert, though they did charge us for it despite it being a birthday celebration. No big deal, though! The drinks are quite a spectacle as well! I loved every cocktail, but we did have a male bartender who initially mixed one of the drinks incorrectly, so I recommend making sure the orders are clear. I can't wait to return for more delicious food and drinks—or just to have that carrot cake again!"

"We so love the food and atmosphere at this restaurant we just needed to express to the world what they are missing if they do not dine here. First one can not make a bad call on the food as there is not a bad item on the menu. The Hamachi Kama is top notch and so delicious also. Try it you’ll love it. The sushi is so fresh and likely swimming in the ocean the day before. The Alaskan soup is super yummy and a great starter. If your not a fan of sushi there is plenty of great cooked choices for you also. To give you more prospective my son broke his neck and was laid up for 6 weeks yet the first place he wanted to go once released from the hospital was TAKE Sushi. Just get here and you will enjoy authentic food. Also the family that owns this establishment also works this establishment so it is real. Now get in the car and get here is all you have to do and if there is a wait just wait as it will be worth it!!! I guarantee!"

"First time dining at The Meeting House in downtown Rochester, also the last time dining there. My meal was okay, although I thought $32 was a little steep for a pork chop with a tablespoon of spaghetti squash as a side. I ordered a premium bourbon on the rocks which at $14 was in line with what other restaurants of this caliber would charge. What I didn't expect, was to pay an additional $3.00 for a single, large ice cube. Seriously? Just charge me $17 for the drink."

"This is a Thai restaurant i've been going to for at least 10 years. It's the absolute best hole in the wall i've ever been to, and I cannot recommend it enough to anybody who might be debating. This quaint restaurant has an amazing staff, and even better food. Their Pad Thai is incredible, and remains the only place i will order it, because nothing lives up to it. Their fried rice, drunken noodles and sushi are top tier, and you will not be disappointed by anything on the menu. On top of that, you get an incredible amount of food for the price. You'll always have something to take home! My family and I have been regulars here for the past 10 years, and it's our go to thai place. The atmosphere, food, staff and overall experience is like no other and I haven't found a thai restaurant that tops this one. 11 10 recommend! Best food ever!!"
