"Went for an anniversary dinner and arrived at were seated properly but that was the very last thing that happened promptly. The restaurant was not busy but we waited for about minuted before we were given water. Another few minutes and a waiter appeared he took our champaign everything seemed fine. We shared an appetizer and it was served within about minutes which was fine. Except that while we were still finishing a bus person took our plate before we even knew what was happening. Next course, a gazpacho and salad took another minutes so not sure why the hurry to take our appetizer. Then we waited and waited for a shared plate of grilled salmon—not complicated. At the waiter came and said our dinner was coming out. At I spoke with the manager—who apologized and said he would let me know what the problem was. At as we got up to leave without our dinner he brought our dinner and said the kitchen got “slammed” which was total BS since several tables that came after us had received their dinners. This place employees young in experienced staff and does not provide adequate training on proper procedure to provide honest respectful service. The manager is totally unable to manage the place and does not have a clue how to interact with customers. He offered to “take the salmon off our bill” which was grant of him since we never ate it. If you are looking for respectful, quality service I recommend you eat someplace else."

It was just ok. Nothing amazing, other than the pancake I ordered for my kid. That was good!

We have been eating at the Copper Kitchen since it opened, and it continues to improve for us.

Excellent food for all three courses. Added intriguing and exciting flavors to ordinary dishes while still filling me up. View menu

Always good. We ate in the new bar area. It's a great addition! We watched the NBA playoff game while we had cocktails and dinner. Perfect.

I love the casual elegance and atmosphere at Copper Kitchen every time I meet friends for dinner there. The steak and frites is my favorite and the bartender created a drink just for me! Nice not to have to go downtown to find this type of restaurant.

Have visited this restaurant a few times while in Salt Lake area and it never disappoints. The brick chicken is phenomal as is their duck. For dessert, the chocolate torte with banana ice cream and peanut butter mousse is an incredibly decadent treat that shouldn't be missed. View menu

We like coming to this place for business lunches as it is close to our offices and the food is generally good and the service is generally good but it is becoming a bit boring as they don't really have too many daily specials and the menu has been the same for months except for or minor changes. With the talent that they have, they should really look at doing a half dozen daily specials that change daily otherwise I fear that people will become bored of eating there as I have. They should also have more choices for people that are on low carb and paleo diets which are becoming more and more popular.

Copper Kitchen never disappoints! The menu has a wide range of appetizers, entrees, specialty drinks and large wine selection. All the ingredients are fresh and cooked to perfection We ordered the charcuterie board and grilled octopus to start and the octopus was cooked perfectly tender The handmade pastas are a real treat and very light and not dense as some pastas can turn out to be. The beef bourguignon was delicious and the mustard sauce provided a rich, tart flavor to keep the dish a lighter. The rock shrimp tagliatelle had a nice bite, but it's not too spicy Must come and again and sit on the patio!

"The idea of a Thai fusion brunch spot isn't something you come across every day, so Uncle Jeffi's piqued my interest immediately while searching for a new weekend brunch location. Being owned by the same team behind several successful Thai restaurants in the area made it a must-try! I appreciate their inclusion of traditional Thai dishes, especially with drinks — the Thai Iced Tea I ordered was delicious. The regular menu boasts a wide range from classic American breakfast options to more authentic Thai breakfast dishes. Upon entering, guests are greeted by a chalkboard wall displaying a nice selection of daily specials. We decided to try a few dishes: **Mango Whipped Pancake:** This was one of the specials that day, and as a mango lover, I was eager to order it. It was absolutely delightful, featuring a syrup that had a jelly-like consistency—sweet but not overwhelming. Pairing it with the pancake, whipped cream, and fresh fruit was nothing short of magical! It tasted incredibly fresh, and I really hope it becomes a permanent menu item. **Kow Munn Gai Tord:** This dish, a twist on the traditional Khao Mun Gai Tod, consists of Thai Fried Chicken served with garlic rice. There's also a tofu option available. I thought a scrambled egg would perfectly complement this dish, and it truly did enhance the experience. The combination of the protein, rice, and egg provided a wonderful comfort food sensation, bursting with fantastic flavors! It comes with sweet chili sauce, which I love, but I also added their house hot sauce for an extra kick. It had a similar flavor profile to the sweet chili but with a bit more intensity. **The Stack:** My husband loves breakfast items that come in a big pile, and this dish didn't disappoint. It was a standard American breakfast featuring hashbrowns, eggs, cheese, meat, and topped with additional eggs. He thoroughly enjoyed every bite, along with the side of toast. It's also worth noting that the menu includes numerous vegan and vegetarian options, which I appreciate as a former pescetarian. It's great to see local restaurants thrive, and I truly hope Uncle Jeffi's continues to succeed with their unique offerings. I believe more people should experience what they have to offer!
