"The cutest Australian brunch place in Chinatown with the same menu as Ruby’s! Note that it’s super busy on the weekends and walk—ins only.We ordered:1. Ricotta Hotcakes $15 A fluffy pancake-lover’s heaven! The ricotta makes the thick pancakes, so so creamy, smooth, and rich. The hot cakes are naturally a little sweet and even better with the fresh bananas and berries on top. Not to mention the hearty nutella, butter, and maple-syrup on the side!2. Shrooms Benedict $16 The sautéed mushrooms as incredibly aromatic! Such a unique twist to eggs benedict. The hollandaise sauce and creamy, runny egg yolk sent me to heaven with the crispy yet soft english muffins.3. Shrimp Linguine $20 Zesty from lemon , refreshing pasta with the juiciest, most tender shrimp and light, cheesy crunches. All of these dishes are must-orders! Just a lovely brunch cafe to visit with friends for a good time:"

The food is always on point! So fresh and delicious. They have the best truffle fries! Even the Brussels sprouts were amazing :)Food: 5/5

Appreciated the service. Friendly and efficient guys. But food is not that good … when it is available. Medium steak ended as a too cooked roasted beef.

Only had to wait 20 mins for Sunday brunch, and got a great outdoor seat. The breakfast sandwich is excellent (and reasonably priced! and the banana bread was some of the best I’ve had.Food: 5/5

Yummy, affordable brunch! We came with a big group and sat in their covered outdoor seating which is really well decorated but can get a bit hot. The service was fast, and the food was up to par for a standard LES brunch. Portion size is also prettylarge, so come hungry!

I had a wonderful brunch here on a warm, humid day. We sat outside, and the fans and shade provided a perfect and comfortable atmosphere. I ordered the ricotta pancakes along with a side of hash browns, both of which were delicious. My friends had the BLT and the breakfast sandwich, and we all shared the banana bread—it was fantastic. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Although I didn’t try any, the coffee and juices looked great as well.

Came here twice this week. The first time I tried their ricotta hotcakes which were highly rated in Google reviews; however, they didn't really stand out compared to other places I've had something similar. However, the crispy rice salad bowl was incredible. I usually avoid ordering salads at restaurants as I find them underwhelming and not filling, but the Japanese style spicy mayo dressing the texture of the crispy rice in the salad was so delicious. I recommend adding chicken as well because they cook it skin-on to give it a crispiness but at the same time keep the meat moist. I have to dock 1 star due to the hotcakes not standing out tables being very close together but I would come back...

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
