"Trying to have a nice dinner for my coach with everyone from my gym, but we were waiting on servers, they were communicating with the people who arrived late so they didn't get drinks or anything. My food was raw and then they brought me out a smaller steak then what I asked for. The steak was purple, chewy and horrible. Horrible night all around other then it being my coaches birthday"

Overall service was OK considering was very busy for one waitress to take care of everybody in our section the time she was with us she was always very helpful and recommending good suggestions to us.

Our server Lila was amazing. She went a live and beyond for us. We have had her before and last night it seemed like she was the only one serving in the lounge but she still made a point of making us feel important.

Landed off a long set of flights and was starving, so this was the closest Earls to the airport. Popped in for some food. The burger was not that great, just dull overall. Good service. This location was pretty dated. View menu

Steak Frites were good, as usual. The Ahi Tuna Poke bowl seemed different than what I have had in the past. Tuna was great, but the rice had a different texture, and the veggies simply consisted of finely cut radish, and finely cut cucumber. OK, but not great.

They did not pay any attention to our reservation stating 5 people, and tried to seat us as 3. After reminding them we reserved for 5, the first two tables they attempted to seat us at would never have fit 4 much less 5 people. They seemed extremely disorganized and unprepared for every part of serving the public. Would not recommend
