"The restaurant did not live up to expectations, as the lingering smell of cigarette smoke and the cheap plastic decor gave it a trashy bar atmosphere. April 1st....1st time I was at Emils. Best fish sandwich in the Burgh. Every Friday during Lent, my family and I try different restaurants and fire depts for fish fries....Emils is by far the best!!

Another wonderful experience at Emil's. The atmosphere is very nice; staff is terrific; food is delicious; prices are right. Since it's Lent and quite busy, the wait is a little long....but the meal is well worth it.
