"The service at the restaurant started off slow, but then our server was excellent. She had a nice smile, and was very polite and attentive. However, the hamburger I ordered was bland and the fries were undercooked. I was also charged extra for a slice of cheese and tomato, which I found unreasonable as burgers typically come with these toppings. Overall, I paid over $10 for a quarter pound hamburger that lacked flavor and was disappointed with the experience."
