Firehouse Subs Burlington

I tried the Daily Special New York Steamer and it was fantastic! The flavor was excellent and the service was quick. My only complaint is that I wish there had been more meat in it.

My son loves Firehouse Subs. He tries to get it often. On this occasion, we had lunch inside. It was very good too. The staff was nice. The food was prepared quickly. We had no issues.

I genuinely think this is the best spot in Burlington for sandwiches. Every sub I've tried here has surpassed those from all the Italian restaurants around. I haven't sampled the salad yet, but if it's anything like the subs, I have no doubt it will be outstanding too. View menu

I had a disappointing experience at one of my favorite sub places this time. There were way too many onions and green peppers, and the bread was old and dry. I tried calling the manager to discuss my concerns, but instead of helping, he argued with me about what wasn’t wrong with my food.

I was very disappointed with the customer service today and won't be returning. The staff really needs to receive training in customer service. Instead of taking responsibility, they deflected blame and didn't offer any apologies or attempts to rectify the situation. It’s really unfortunate.

The employee may have been having a tough day and feeling overwhelmed. I was there to pick up a large order for a food delivery service, and it's possible he was dealing with his own stress. I'm not sure who was making sandwiches today, but my club sub was absolutely fantastic! It was incredibly delicious! Normally, Firehouse has an issue with the bread becoming soggy and unappealing by the time the sandwiches are served, but today it was just perfect. The meat and toppings were exceptional, and there was just the right amount of mayo. Honestly, the sandwich maker today deserves a raise!

We use their app to order our sandwiches, and the process is so simple—just run in and pick them up, although there are times when you might have to wait a bit. The sandwiches are consistently cooked to perfection and made exactly as customized. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Honestly, the sandwiches are absolutely amazing! We've even ordered platters for neighbors who are recovering from surgery, and they've gone the extra mile to ensure that everything is perfect. The staff even carried my platter out to my car for me! Now that's what I call excellent service!

Firehouse Subs and Jimmy John's are my top two picks for sandwiches—they're always hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. When you order at Firehouse, I highly recommend donating a dollar or two to their firefighter foundation, as the contributions go towards buying life-saving equipment for the brave men and women who serve and protect us. I've been a regular at this restaurant for some time now, and I've never had a bad experience. The dining area and restrooms are always clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is served quickly.
