"I had a decent experience at this churrascaria, but it doesn't compare to others, especially in Manhattan. The meat service for smaller groups (like 2-4 people) feels both economical and lacking, as larger parties seem to take priority. The waitstaff could use some improvement as well. The quality of the food is good—when it's served—but the prices are on the higher side. I would recommend this place for events and larger groups rather than for a quiet date night. Ordering a la carte might offer a better experience."

The meat was overcooked and far too dry, while the mashed potatoes were inedible. However, the rice and pão de queijo were good, and they did deliver my guaraná.

Today my third visit was in the Queens location. the service was wonderful....it seems to eat better every time! my friends and I had a fantastic Saturday afternoon! that was my first Saturday visit....simply amazing!

The person slicing the picanha was exceptional, but the meat could have used more seasoning. Additionally, some of the staff cutting the meat should cut it thicker, as it was difficult to pick up with the tongs. The service was a bit slow, and the roasted meats were served slowly as well. I think I’ll probably stick to takeout in the future, as the experience doesn't justify the high prices. View menu

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. It was my first time visiting, and I was really let down. We opted for the buffet style, but the selection was not great. Nobody approached us to ask if we wanted steak or anything else; we felt completely ignored. We ended up with rice and salad, which was very disappointing. The service was really poor, and we ended up spending a lot of money for very little. I won’t be returning and I truly regret dining here!

This is a new location, so they're still getting up to speed. I usually visit the one in Midtown, where the service is much quicker, and you really need the red and green card to keep up with the flow of meat. Here, it was much slower, and our side dishes were cold while we waited for the meat. However, the ambiance and decor were beautiful and in line with the franchise's standards. The added bonus is the free parking. I hope they improve their service in the coming months.
