"This is the best Chili’s I’ve ever been to. As an 80’s child, Chili’s entered the scene like whoa. I remember going for the $1.50 chips and salsa and waters for the table as a teen, and pretending it was my birthday for the free brownie sundae. I am now 74 according to Chili’s records. But I digress. This particular Chili’s was fire. Not only did we have like 8 servers, they were literally the cutest. Our main chick, we will call her Debra because I forgot her name, brought us napkins 4 times. Homegirl saw how hungry we were after visiting baby horses in West Virginia and was all “I got you and your sticky fingers that may have horse poop on them.” She didn’t actually say that, but it was presumed. As we munched on our Chips Salsa with a side of ranch perfection (no longer $1.50, thanks Biden), we watched as Timothy (again no idea what his name was) wiped down a table with such integrity and vigor that it was mesmerizing. Free show if I may. It was a solid 4 minutes of scrubbing, including the booth benches, all the crevices. I thought, “damn, I would feel comfortable just naked on these seats after that performance”. Timothy must also clean the floors because when I went to the bathroom, the signature sticky walk was nowhere to be found. I will go to this chili’s every time I visit baby horses in West Virginia."

Terrible experience. They quoted a 30-35 minute wait, but after an hour, I went inside and suddenly there was an available table—what a surprise! I ordered a pitcher of beer, but the waitress informed me that the only pitchers they serve are sangria. When did that change? There are too many other restaurant options out there. Save your time and don’t come here. I ordered for curbside, parked in a spot like the website said to do, checked in with the spot number, and it said “sit tight, we’ll bring your order to your car when it’s ready!” So I waited until 15 minutes past the estimated ready time, I figured maybe they were busy. Had my boyfriend go in to check and of course our order was sitting there ready to go. He asked the server if we were supposed to go in and get the order or wait in our car. She said “either one” ??? All the cold items were warm and all the hot items were room temp. I was totally willing to go in and get the order, don’t tell me you’ll bring it out if you won’t. It was such a waste of time...

My husband and I stopped here for lunch, and the reason I give service a 3 star is because my husband and I sat at the bar and when we arrived, there was only 1 other couple sitting across from us and maybe about a handful 5 sitting at tables, so they weren't busy at all, my husband and I had a few times we had questions about the menu and questions about drinks and our server was no where to be found. So, overall service was great, but the particular bartender/server we had was not on top of it, and it wasn't until after we were close to heading out the door that I went to use the restroom real quick and noticed that our server was busy talking in the kitchen with her co-workers, which I do...
