"Went to the Grape Vine cafe with a group of people. The atmosphere is very nice. The service was excellent. I ordered a baked manicotti. The waiter came back and said they were all out of it even though it was pretty early in the evening. So I ordered penne a la vodka. Not a problem. I ordered an iced tea which came back very dilute with barely any ice tea color. they were charging for barely colored water. I will say that the refill was considerably better. Now to the main course.. Unfortunately the vodka was not burned off in the making of the dish..therefore the food was bitter. Anywhere else I have ordered this dish , it is always a little spicy. Not here..bland. And they say it has asparagus.. three tiny pieces of the stem of an asparagus. My wife had a salad which she said was fine. I can't say I will ever be returning to this restaurant."

Nice place. The atmosphere is good and the food was good. The staff was nice, and we had a good time. Although, a little on the more expensive side for what you get. I would recommend this placeVegetarian options: Pasta options

Random pick was this one and we're glad to have found this place. Walk in and has a high end feel. Food looked and tasted high end too. Great thing was the price was not high end . Will drive from The Henderson again to revisit this one.Food: 5/5 View menu

We celebrated our anniversary with a small group, and everyone agreed that the food, service, hospitality, and atmosphere were outstanding. We come here fairly often and have always been pleased! We will definitely return time and time again. The short ribs are fantastic!

Absolutely the best dining experience in Las Vegas! I can’t believe I didn’t discover this gem sooner! Friends from out of town recommended it to us, and wow, were they right! We ordered the salmon dinner, which came with a salad, and the entree was served with green beans and rice pilaf. And the price was just a fraction of what we would have paid on the Strip! The dinner was incredible, and the atmosphere was just right. Make your reservation now! Five stars!

"Entry: We entered Oscar's via the front entrance of The Plaza at the West end of Fremont Street. Off to the left near the entrance is the escalator that leads you to their second floor. When we entered we were immediately greeted and seated by a friendly hostess. We requested a table with a view and she definitely obliged. Atmosphere:The ambience at Oscar's is about as good as you can get in downtown Las Vegas. Centered in a large and beautifully tinted glass dome you get panoramic views of downtown LV and even the sky. Service:The service was a spectacular star experience with our waiter. Our water and drinks were never empty. He was attentive, professional and friendly. Food Drink:The food was very good but not quite up to star. The Chilean Sea Bass was the full fish with skin which is quite different than how most steakhouses prepare just a single filet. It was supposed to be deboned however we found bones while eating. The skin on the filet should be crispy throughout but was only so around the edges. Definitely overpriced for the quality of this meal. The salmon was decent but not amazing. Overcooked just a smidge and not seasoned very well. So pretty much tasted like any other salmon you might expect from a or star restaurant. The filet mignon was decent but probably not even in my top The cut was more fatty than what you would expect from a high end steakhouse and not marbleized. I ordered it medium, and as many steakhouse chefs struggle with cooking a filet properly it was cooked to order on the edges and pretty much completely rare on the inside. The grilled asparagus was likely the high point of the dinner. Was cooked to perfection and tender in the middle, crispy on the edges. The creamed spinach wasn't great. The spinach was undercooked and affected the smooth consistency that you should expect from a good cream spinach.Overall:Definitely worth trying for the experience but don't set your bar too high"
