"My family and I typically frequent this restaurant because I always recommend it. We usually come for the pizza and wings special at Graziano's. Unfortunately, after today, I will no longer be recommending this place. Our pizza today was falling apart and the staff member seemed to think I was crazy when I mentioned it. Instead of acknowledging the issue, he made smart remarks and questioned why I was having a problem. Despite spending $50 on the pizza, it was not made correctly and I couldn't even eat it without the cheese sliding off. He then went on to ask other tables about their pizzas, almost insinuating that we were lying about our experience. While he did eventually bring us a new pizza that was fine and there was a nice lady serving us, the lack of proper customer service skills and the fact that the bathrooms were out of order leaves much to be desired."

My husband and I asked for an XL with pepperoni, sausage, and wings came up to $50 … the wings are good but the pizza was bad … it hardly had any sausage and only a bit of pepperoni. For the price they should be giving more

Very bad service. They don’t wear gloves, nothing tasted fresh. Wings tasted very old. Also, the atmosphere of the restaurant is very outdated. Should’ve walked out the second we saw there was only one customer in the restaurant. So so bad, do not recommend. View menu

Meatball sub look good, but the meatballs did not look or taste like ground meat once it was served. Unfortunately it had a mushy texture reminded me of canned pet food. Didn’t taste like meat.. But the meatballs tasted like tap water and the “meat” was not in balls they were cut in 1/2. The bread, sauce and cheese were great.

I decided to try out this restaurant to support local businesses, but I was extremely disappointed. I paid $50 for a medium pizza and 8 wings, but the pizza was not tasty at all and the wings were the worst I've ever had. They were overcooked and had very little sauce on them. When I called to place my order for pickup, the person who answered the phone was not very friendly, simply saying "hello what do you want." When I arrived to pick up my order, the restaurant was dark and had a dungeon-like atmosphere. I feel like this place has a lot of potential, but I wanted to share my experience with them.

"I 've been here a couple times, and I plan to go back. On my most recent visit (Thursday, 1/11), I discovered that you can order a Chili Verde omelette and choose Biscuits and Gravy as a side... and being a So Cal native with Southern roots, I naturally tried combining them in their warm flour tortillas (not handmade, I don 't think, but still very high quality). The result? *Legendary*: the Verde is actually surprisingly spicy, and benefits from the buttermilk notes of the gravy (which is a unique hybrid between white and brown, including delicious sausage crumbles that punctuate the experience as little flavor bombs, lol). The biscuits are exactly the consistency you want, being crispy on the outside and oh so malleably doughy at the core, which elevates the tortilla considerably in the mix. Every wall of the place is decorated with local kitsch (road signs and posters galore, including easter eggs for those who know San Bernardino well), and it pulls off the postmodern '50s diner vibe with aplomb, despite the slight uncertainty you might feel in terms of where to actually go when you 're ready to pay the bill (pro tip: just head to the register), and you definitely get the sense that it 's a family owned establishment that intends to be there for a long time, as I hope it does. Shout out to the service, too it wasn 't particularly busy, but the kitchen and front end staff worked extremely well together in order to provide for all the various needs going on (several folks at the bar, three booths (of which I was one), and a to go order being taken care of in the corner) without any lapse in check ins. I only finished half my drink, and when I asked for a to go cup for the rest, she returned with a full cup of fresh soda, along with friendly conversation that made me feel like I 'd been going there for years. tl;dr: Fantastic all around diner, with humble prices and a vast selection of good eats while being provided with the best service this side of Waterman Ave., lol definitely recommend as a destination for both San Bernardino residents and anyone looking for a decent meal."
