Guacamole’s Mexican Cuisine

Went with my 2 children. Floor wad sticky and gross. Lost my sandal multiple times. Only 5 patrons and still Terrible service. Sat us down and never returned. Took the order of someone who came in after us. We got up and left and no one even noticed.Will never be back.

Terrible my place was dirty, a guest food was not cooked (her chicken was raw in the middle), one found a hair in her food, then another guest asked to hold the paprika and they added pepper. We had to wait for water, and for a table of 5 they automatically added a 20% tip unheard. I'll never go back!

We waited nearly 50 minutes without anyone coming to check on us. Frustrated, I requested to speak with a manager, but was informed that there wasn't one on duty that day. I expressed my dissatisfaction, but despite that, no one returned to our table to take our order or even ask if we wanted drinks. My experience was so disappointing that I will not be returning. I used to bring my friends here, but now I can't recommend it to anyone.

I had previously brought friends to this restaurant, but now I will not recommend it to anyone else either. Such a waste of time.

Overall, the service was missing on our visit. Not very welcome at arrival, no Happy Hour Specials when sitting in the dining room, drinks very slow, a person meal took an additional 3-4 minutes to arrive, empty drinks for a while before on... And when we got the bill, I noticed that the review was already 18% of the Gratity on it for a table of 4. I asked if there should be bliss and the server said, not safe, sometimes there is and sometimes there is not. Said it depends on the crowd, but didn't know the crowd. This restaurant was a disappointment. We were looking to watch a World Cup game and had high expectations. For starters, the service was terrible, albeit the server was only on his second day. I chose to be patient and give him and the restaurant thebenefit of the doubt. What a mistake that was. It took them far too long to make me my drink, a margarita that did not tastegood. The food was bad, so so bad. We ordered a taco salad and wings. The oil tasted so old and the ground beef in our salad wasflavorless and super greasy. Needless to say we couldn’t finish either of our dishes. $65 and a stomach ache later…:.I wouldnot eat here again or recommend this restaurant.

Overall, our visit was lacking in service. We weren’t greeted warmly upon arrival, and there were no Happy Hour specials available in the dining room. Drinks took a long time to arrive, and one of our meals took an extra 3-4 minutes to be served. We had to wait a while for drink refills as well. When we received the bill, I noticed that an 18% gratuity had already been added for our table of four. When I inquired if this was standard, the server mentioned it wasn’t guaranteed – sometimes it’s included and sometimes it isn’t, depending on the crowd, which they did not seem to know much about. Went with family for my aunt’s birthday. No one was at the host station to seat us and when someone did come it was one of the waiters. After a few minutes we got the salsa and chips. However, as we are waiting there was constant singing. I don’t mindlive entertainment but it seemed like the band was playing to almost every table. Fifteen to 20 more minutes pass by and thewaiter comes by to get our drinks. When the drinks finally come, only two come because the iced tea is “freshly brewed”.Both drinks are watered down.
