"They’ve gotten higher and nastier ? can’t make this up. Made me pay over the phone before I got there it took 25 mins even though NOBODY was in there. The grease was clearly old. So the chicken was so gross and the fries was fried in the same grease and had burnt flakes all over it. They recooked my pizza puff 3x in order to give me something edible. I got 2 lunch specials and which says online and in store are 5$ but as you can see she charged me more than that saying these are old menus and the price went up but NO WHERE IS POSTED PRICE INCREASES WHICH IS WEIRD. The cook and her were both on the phone the entirety of me being there which was 30 extra mins because like I said they remade it 3x)Save ya money and time and just don’t go."

Very disappointing ?. Fish was fried in old oil and dry. I couldn't eat it. I was excited to try Harold's but it was a giant let down. There's no way I would serve this to a customer.

Tried eating here twice. Every time I visited web says hours are 12 to 8 on Sunday. Store is closed with open sign on. Store in Illinois has good food . Wish I could say the same for this location.

I decided to try this restaurant because I'm from Chicago. Unfortunately, the chicken had a strange smell, like fish, because it was cooked in old oil. The fries also lacked lemon pepper seasoning. Overall, I was quite disappointed. View menu

I tried to eat at this restaurant twice, and both times the website stated it was open on Sundays from 12 to 8. However, the restaurant was closed, even though the open sign was still on display. While the Illinois location offers delicious food, I can’t say the same for this one.

The chicken here tastes just like the original Harold's in Chicago, but they do not include coleslaw with your meal. I recommend double-checking your order if you call it in, as mine was incorrect a few times. Additionally, be aware that payment is required over the phone for call-in orders. Despite these minor issues, the food is excellent. Overall rating: 4/5.

The costomer service is non existent. That lil girl adiditude that that supposed to be GROWN woman taking orders has is beyond childish. She should fire herself. She needs to be re-home trained.I will Neva eat there again even if it free. All around horrible food taste old and precooked.A DRY SALTY disaster.Kid-friendliness: Cashier outside fightingDietary restrictions: Yuck View menu

Ask for 2 orders of the 3 fish and 3 wings and only received 2 fish and 3 wings in each other and when I called them they try to convince me that it was 3 wings and 2 fish which was not what we ordered and was not worth 15.99 a piece especially since the food had no seasoning and did not receive any sauce...this location doesn't taste like Harold's in Chicago and basically getting by with the name smdh... I'll just wait until I'm in Chicago the next time I eat any Harold's.

This was my first time having Harold's. I wanted to try it in the Chi first but...it was good. The food truck tricked me lol. I thought someone was in there but instead you have to go in the building and you can't sit on one of the chairs and wait. I felt like I was back in the hood. They had rap music blaring when I entered. So loud we kinda had to yell over it. The girl who took my order was pretty cool. I paid $16 for (10) whole wings, fries and a drink with two different sauce flavors. The chicken and fries was piping hot. Also had bread underneath that pleased me. Next time around I would put my own salt and pepper on the chicken and ask for my sauce to be on the side instead of drinche...

"My son was in from California so we wanted to take him to Tony’s. We have been before and think highly of the restaurant. Positives: Calamari, wedge, steaks and pasta were very good.Positives: My mother who is very picky loved her steak although she did send it back because it was not hot when it came to the table. She still raved about it even after that. That is really something.Negatives: Lobster tail was so over cooked it came out all curled up. It took me a minute to even figure it out. I sent it back. They asked if I wanted another one. I said “no”. I was getting full anyway so no reason to add another to the bill since they obviously do not know how to cook it. Suggestion if you don’t know how to cook it then take it off of the menuNegative: Preoccupied waiter. I would have gotten a glass of wine with dinner. Waiter never asked. I have been to Tony’s before and have had very attentive waiters. Not this time.Negative: Not Tony’s fault but a large table by us were drunk and very loud. Negative: I have no desire to come back. Their steaks are very good but if you can’t cook a lobster tail it puts Tony’s as a great steakhouse in Indy at the bottom of the list. Their credibility is gone to me. Suggestion: Bringing a nice piece of desert to the table on the house would have been a nice gesture and then I may have wanted to come back. They had a full house so a party of was probably not a priority"

"Inside, you’ll find seating at tables and the bar, along with a pleasant patio area that overlooks the sidewalk. They also have a self-serve water station in the front. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the place left much to be desired. I chose to sit at the bar, and it appeared to have not been wiped down all day. The floor was quite dirty as well. The staff did what was necessary, but seemed to lack enthusiasm. You can customize your own bowl or select one of their signature options. Feeling adventurous, I decided to create my own bowl. Regardless of your choice, you start with a base. I opted for traditional sushi rice over brown rice and spring mix salad. Next, I had to select a protein. The size of your bowl determines how many scoops you receive. The regular size allows for two scoops, so I chose one scoop of spicy tuna and one of marinated salmon, although options like octopus, tofu, and shrimp are also available. After that, you can add various toppings and sauces. I have to admit, my bowl was quite tasty and packed with protein. The atmosphere was relaxed, with music playing softly in the background. Unlike the other location I've visited, this one doesn't offer shaved ice, just poke. Overall, I found this place to be just average compared to other locations I've tried, which is why I’m giving it a 3-star rating. The poke was decent, but everything else felt pretty standard at best."
