"Server very pleasant. However, they delivered the wrong appetizer, and since we ordered the crab cake appetizer, it took a while to get it It took forever for us to get our drinks, and it was obvious that the drinks were ready and sitting on the bar, because the ice had melted and the **** Mary’s were extremely watery. You couldn’t even tell it was a **** Mary. There were four of us, and the server only had two straws for our drinks. She said she would be right back, but we had to flag her down to get more. The asparagus in the Pauls Pasta were all tough ends, no asparagus tips. There weren’t any little chunks of artichoke, there were just some very tough artichoke leaves. After we paid our bill, a server came and put a very large pitcher of orange juice in the middle of our table. He left so quickly that we couldn’t tell him that it wasn’t ours. We flagged down our server and she took it. We have eaten here once before and it was a wonderful experience. I don’t know what the problem was this time but had this been our first time, we would’ve never come back."

We visited Hefner Grill on the 29th day of the peak season. Our table was beautifully prepared with water, which was a nice touch. The food was incredible, and our waitress was outstanding. We absolutely loved the filet. Overall, it was an excellent experience. View menu

Got seated at 7:45 for a 7:15 reservation despite several empty albeit dirty tables being available. Hostess had an attitude. Server had absolutely no personality. All of our tables food was very good. We had not been there in a few years due to a similar experience, likely won't be back. Sad, because other HSRG locations are so much better.

The food we ordered was incredible, although it was on the pricey side. The staff was attentive, and we had a pleasant experience overall. However, I did have to dock some points because we were seated next to a table with two very small children who kept walking around and were largely ignored by their elders. While I understand this isn’t the restaurant's fault, it unfortunately affected the ambiance of our evening.
