"First time here. My date took me here for my birthday. Drinks and food were good on my end.My date however, food was salty. Both the appetizer and entrée. He did not eat it ,as it was not appetizing. The manager was nice enough to take it off the bill. Overall the wait staff, manager had excellent customer service and the ambiance was great. I would give it a 5 star for customer service and ambiance. I only gave it 3 1/2 because my date didn't have a good experience with the food. Other than that I would recommend this place as a good wind down the workday or week place"

I took 3 of my staff members here for lunch today and we really liked it! It's a rather artsy space with a large bar that looks like it would be lively for

They couldn't find my reservation even when I showed it to them. They placed us at a high top table near the door and the bar. It was loud, the service was slow, we ended up leaving

Waitress wasn't knowledable about the menu and was rude. Wasn't clear on happy hour specials. Our food temp was incorrect and overall service lacked. Even more insulting to receive a mandatory gratuity. View menu

I really wanted to like this place. It took 1 1/2 hours to get our food and then something was wrong on each of our dishes. The decor was festive but the music was so loud, you had to shout at people at your table. I won't be back.

Incredible atmosphere! Went out for brunch with the girls and wow was it amazing! The Dj was great, the food was amazing and need i say more about the bottomless mimosas! A1 service and worth every second of being there! Check it out. Their churrofrench toast is to dye for! Steak and eggs is 100% delicious! Incredible coctails and the whole experience was top tier

If I could give this place, zero stars, I would! It all started with the security guards and door lady who were so incredibly rude. I came here from out of town to celebrate my birthday and decided to go here. Huge mistake! The DJ played nothing but sexy red on repeat. There is no where to sit. The Floor was sticky as hell. The male bartender was my only positive experience! View menu

The decorations were nice. The food is good, but they're not flexible on a lot of items, for ex, you can only have hot chocolate one way with their various boozes, not just hot chocolate. They don't have tea or coffee at all. And the service is spotty and they get your food order wrong, requiring you to send back items or wait for condiments etc. The servers are nice, just clueless.

Such amazing food and ambience. First time in Chicago and found this amazing location for happy hour for oysters. $1 each for east coast oysters from 4 7pm Wednesday through Friday. Ask for Sandra, she was our amazing host and say hi to Gordon whooperates and manages the amazing establishment, who took care of my family. Everything was delicious, I highly recommend thegrilled oysters with garlic and lemon butter and of course the raw oysters. Definitely will be back when I'm in town!

"Tempesta is arguably one of the best sandwich shops in the city. They make a lot of their meats in house and use high quality ingredients so you know you’re getting the good stuff. Not only can you get a great sandwich, you can purchase most of their meats to go as well as other small artisanal grocery items. I have tried almost every sandwich they have on the menu but my top two choices would be the #1 The Dante and the #2 Yo! Vincenzo! The Dante is their version of a classic Italian sandwich but a bit on the spicier side. The Yo Vincenzo is a chicken parm and I personally think it’s the best chicken parm sandwich in the city. The chicken is perfectly crispy, and they use just the right amount of sauce where it doesn’t get soggy. Both of these sandwiches come on their fresh baguette which helps set them apart from other sandwich spots in Chicago just because of how good it is. The B Franklin is also a great option, and if you’re starving get the Wagyu Pastrami but be warned it is a very heavy sandwich because of that Wagyu. The last pro tip I’ll add in here is order your sandwich ahead of time if you’re doing takeout. This is a very popular spot and is always busy during the lunch rush so if you wait to order until you arrive you may need to wait for 10-15 minutes. That should speak to how good this place is because it’s in such high demand, so if you’re in Chicago make sure you stop in!"
