"This place serves some of the best Long Island-style pizza in Maryland, and I say this as someone from Long Island. The owners are former Italians from Long Island, and the interior is beautifully designed, making it a fantastic spot for a date. I’m giving it four stars because I wish they offered single slices for dinner—it's only available during lunchtime. They also have a great selection of wine and an imported market section, which is a nice bonus."

These guys are killing it with product placement! I went here for pizza only and ended up leaving with 3 gelatos as well. ... I'm not a photographer and this isn't a staged display; this picture is just before closing on a regular week day, and it looked better in real-life than the picture shows.

Be sure to try either a gelato or a delicious small Italian roll filled with mozzarella and some sliced salami or a similar meat—both are only $3 and perfect for a quick snack.

So helpful! I was tasked with making a gift basket for a colleague's anniversary and was given a list of wines they liked... and I could barely pronounce. The wine manager was able to help pick out some wonderful wines at all price ranges. He was helpful and informative and didn't try to up-sell anything. He seemed genuinely happy to make suggestions. We absolutely adore the Italian Market! It's a family-owned and operated establishment, and you can truly feel the love they put into everything. The food is fantastic, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. If you haven't visited yet, make sure to add it to your list—you won't regret it. We always make a point to stop by whenever we're in Annapolis!

My wife and I went in for an impromptu early week midday Date-day. This is by no means a fancy smancy restaurant. It's a cool spot to bring your significant other, friends, business associates, etc. The atmosphere was inviting while the food is on par with more traditional Italian restaurants. The service was great. The Gelato sealed the deal for me to return.

We ordered the meatballs and sausage. The meatballs were incredibly bland and barely warm. It's worth mentioning that we were the only customers there, and now we understand why. The small side salads were aptly named—they were indeed very small. Overall, the prices were excessively high. No one took the time to ask how our meal was, which was probably for the best. I went inside to order a deli sandwich from this place because they advertise “NY style deli sandwiches” only to make it to the counter and be told I can only order what’s on the menu. I asked if I can just have an Italian roll with turkey, salami, provolone, lettuce, Mayo and mustard. I was told just what’s on the menu again and that he could not make a sandwich with salami. That I could go to their deli counter to order it by the pound.

This place is so cool! My wife and I have been driving past this place for years, and we finally stopped in. Fantastic is the only word! The food is great, but the boutique shopping experience really rounds out the experience. If you want truly authentic Italian food, this is the place. Last thing, if you are looking for alfredo sauce on the shelf, you will not find it. Ask the cashier and they will make it fresh by the jar....IT IS THE BEST!!
