"This would work well as a speedy lunch meal, but I wouldn’t recommend for a date or festive event. They try to turn over tables very fast, we were in and out in under an hour for a bday dinner from appetizer through dessert. Food is rather tasty, but not amazing by NY standards. Green tea is delicious, the smoked whiskey drink was very strong and heavy in whiskey vs other flavors. Uni was good but not great (not quite as fresh/flavorful as I’d like). Yellowtail carpaccio was my favorite dish—th … – show"

We were looking forward to the dinner but our reservation got cancelled a day before the date, without any notice. Overbooking? They have to figure out and avoid that happening to other customers.

Just a door from outside but a totally different world inside. Price is reasonable due to the good taste. We ordered four dishes and was totally enough for two of us. We were fed up tight didnt even get to try the Tiramisu.

This place is a hidden gem! The food is AMAZING!! It is 100% recommended to reserve ahead of time as space is limited and goes out fast! The atmosphere is wonderful and the staff is super friendly. This place is a must when you're in the area!! View menu

My last review is 5 stars from 4 years ago. Went last week, food was still good but this place is too crowded. Had a 3-people appointment but a new friend wanna join last minute, and they won't accommodate, and even saying it's a no-show and would charge me no-show fee… i guess i am too cheap and i won't visit this store again after dropping $300 for the meal…

I visited this restaurant after work with a few friends. The food was good and our waiter was friendly and made great suggestions regarding the menu. I'm giving this place a 2 star rating because of three reasons: 1) We were given to-go boxes without asking for it (we were still eating) 2) We were given the check without asking for it 3) The hostess came to our table, slammed his hand on the table and said “this table is reserved for another party and you have to leave.” We were here for a li … – show
