"Jack's offers a more upscale dining experience compared to places like Lazy Dog or BJ's in the area, featuring American cuisine at moderately to somewhat high prices. The modern interior and softer background music give Jack's a hotel restaurant ambiance. We visited for a late lunch, and with the lunchtime rush over, the staff was relaxed and attentive. The food was generally good, though, as is often the case, some dishes were more successful than others. The fish and chips were a standout, while the Po Boy and Gyro were less impressive, but that may just be personal taste. The deep fryer is clearly in capable hands, as the fried items were crispy and not greasy. The garlic fries and onion rings were both crispy and well-portioned. Our server, Anthony, was friendly, accommodating, and attentive, deserving of the service charge. Jack's features a full-service bar with a nice selection of drinks. With both indoor and outdoor seating available, there's plenty of space to relax and people-watch—though the view is just of the parking lot, which is a bit of a drawback; it would have been nice if the restaurant were on the upper floor. Overall, Jack's is a solid choice for a first date or a business dinner. With its upscale atmosphere and decent food, it provides an enjoyable dining experience where you can unwind and see where the evening takes you."

The grilled chicken skewers are incredibly delicious. The presentation of the dish is beautiful as well. I will definitely order them again.

We absolutely love Jack's! Their Classic Burger with fries is incredible! The burger is always cooked to perfection, just the way you like it, and the fries are delightfully crispy. Some people might have issues with the fries, but that's on them, not Jack's!

The French Dip sandwich was rated 5 out of 5. The fries received a 3 out of 5 rating, but needed more salt. The meatballs were given a 2 out of 5 rating. They were cooked well and still moist, but tasted bland. They would have been improved with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. View menu

Happy hour was enjoyable. The margaritas were among the best I've had at a restaurant. The appetizers were mostly delicious, although the lamb sliders were disappointing; they were dry and lacked flavor, tasting almost like cardboard. However, the coconut shrimp, Asian wings, and gyros were fantastic!

I ordered delivery, and the onion rings were delicious. The vegetables for the burgers came on the side in the box. The portion of fries was very generous. We were pleasantly surprised by the thickness of the California burger; my husband ended up having a late breakfast because he was still full! My Impossible burger was tasty, and the DIY assembly made it even more satisfying.

This was my first visit since the pandemic, and I found the restaurant to be as modern and clean as ever. However, the quality of the breakfast food seems to have declined. To be honest, the management noticed that we weren't satisfied with the hash browns, which were quite bland and undercooked. They kindly offered us another entrée or to comp the dish, which we accepted. This was all done without us prompting or complaining, showing how attentive both the management and wait staff were. I will definitely come back. View menu

I previously ordered the French dip and fries from this restaurant, and it was just as delightful as a classic French dip should be. The roast beef was outstanding, the bread was perfectly toasted, the au jus was flavorful, and the horseradish added a creamy kick with just the right amount of spice. The fries were crispy and well-seasoned. However, during delivery, the packaging trapped a lot of moisture, resulting in soggy fries and bread when they arrived. I had to use an air fryer to crisp them up again. I think that using vented packaging would significantly help to minimize sogginess.

The service at this restaurant was outstanding. There was outdoor seating available on the patio, which was lovely. The food was fantastic and the portions were enormous. I ordered the "Hangover," which was reminiscent of a baked potato but made with shredded potatoes and topped with chili. It also included your choice of bread, and I opted for sourdough, though it wasn’t necessary with such generous portions. And let me reiterate—the service was truly exceptional! The waitress was very attentive. Excellent service is the cherry on top of a great meal. I will certainly be returning to this place!

"On Wednesday 12/06 I went to Banzai Sushi, I have never received such bad service in my life… Every time I remember my experience, I get angry, the waitress is rude and has a horrible attitude! It's a shame because the food there is wonderful, but the service is so SO BAD that I lost my appetite. When I got there, there was some water spilled on the table, she took my stepfather's DIRTY NAPKIN to clean it and just left it there. When I asked for things she responded with an ignorant, rude tone. My partner doesn't eat any type of animal protein other than shrimp. So we asked if we could replace the salmon with shrimp in a poke, she checked in the kitchen and said everything was fine. When she came back, I placed my order and she was doing something at the other table, but said to continue because she was listening….my partner also talking about swapping salmon for shrimp at the end and the waitress replies “so it's not like that at all what you want, is something different” and simply left leaving us talking to the wall. When our order arrived, my order came out wrong. I called her and she simply replied “BUT ALSO, WITH HER MAKING ALL THIS MESS WITH SALMON AND SHRIMP…”, sorry, but for me that was the end of the bite. It's okay to get the order wrong, I know it happens, but blaming the customer? Every time she passed by our table I saw her making faces and looking at the kitchen. I thought it was a huge lack of respect, we are paying customers. On top of that, it also includes a 15% tip. Normally, if I receive good service, I will give 20%, after all, I work in customer service and value professionals in my field. And if the service was just bad, I wouldn't bother coming here to report it... But it was horrible"
