"I really wanted to give a 5 star review. The food looked and smelled delicious! However, it took our dinner 50 minutes to arrive. We had completely emptied our drinks (which were boozy shakes) and no one even stopped to check in with us on if we needed anything else or to give us an ETA on when our food would be arriving. We finally got up and went looking for it and saw our order sitting in the pick up window. We asked our waitress if it was our order and she confirmed that it must be. It still took another 3 minutes for it to be delivered to our table and it was cold. (Fries were cold to the touch like they had been cooked a while ago and had cooled back down) By that point, we were so hungry, we just devoured it. It was delicious cold, so I can only imagine how amazing it would have been hot and fresh! This was clearly a one off. Every other table around us got their orders promptly and their wait staff was engaging with them making sure they were having a pleasant experience. Obviously, one offs happen, but our waitress was completely unconcerned about how long our order was taking or even how we were doing in general. We we're even offered an apology for the long wait. Normally, I don't mind the mandatory gratuity and usually leave more, but that one was very hard to shell out."

Interesting atmosphere. Food is delicious and large meals. Staff is attentive. Unfortunately no variety of wines. Cons: tine and dirty restrooms.

Location was great, right next to our Airbnb. Thursday, late evening, not too busy. Service needed a nudge to get going, but then was good. Beer selection was so-so (get more craft IPAs). Burger was solid, fries looked good but tasted a bit off. Would give them a second chance.

We've been here for dinner and we had my daughter's birthday party here too. The staff are attentive and did everything they could to make sure everyone at the party was happy and having fun. They are unpretentious and accommodating. I'll keep coming back to Jackson Hole and recommend you do too

What a wonderful discovery! The restaurant truly lives up to the positive reviews. I ordered the Mexican Veggie Burger, while my son chose the Truffle BBQ Burger along with chili cheese waffle fries. Both meals were amazing, bursting with flavor and served in generous portions. I highly recommend this place! View menu

These might be the best onion rings I've ever had! The burgers are great too and really sizable, so I recommend sharing one with a friend. Just a heads-up, they automatically include the tip, which I overlooked, so make sure to check your bill carefully. The cowboy decor adds a fun touch as well. I would definitely return!

I had a great experience with the service and the staff was incredibly friendly! However, the burgers weren't my favorite. The ratio of bread to meat seemed off—there was too much meat, and it was overloaded with toppings. The meat fell apart easily, making it hard to eat. The flavor was decent but a bit bland. On the positive side, the restaurant had a really cool, old-school vibe that I loved!

This place is overrated. We were told that there was a waiting time by the person at the entrance. It was okay until we were seated by another employee while that person was gone. We sadly realized that more than half of the tables were emply. The burgers were really tasty but the fries were below average. Half of the steak fries were undercooked. Everything happened in a speed of light. They took our plates even before we were completely finished. They brought the bill when we were sipping our beers. Overall it was an unpleasant experience. There are tons of restaurants who serve better burgers and offer better service. View menu

Food: 6 out of 10 Service: 7.5 out of 10 Communication: 3 out of 10 Location: 8 out of 10 This was an interesting experience to say the least. I called ahead of time to reserve a table for my friends and I, and it was all good to until we got there. No one seems to communicate with each other, which kind of sucks because I would think a business thrives off of communication. The food was alright, I wanna say it was a 4 out of 10. My girlfriend’s steak was good though, I liked it. That was an 8 out 10. My waiter was super friendly and attentive. He was unsure of the menu from time to time but he was good for the most part. The overall vibe of the restaurant was a 6 out of 10. There were a few...

Huge portions and decent prices for burgers that would have been insane if the patty just had a bit more salt. Roughly 8 oz. patty and 15+ different topping options and are the burgers are under $20. The ambience also had a nice old western feel that was quite nice. There was even a old school music selector, where you could put a quarter and choose your own music for the entire room. They also have spiked milkshakes and desserts which my friend enjoyed, while I had the Jackson hole Sundae which was a 16 oz, vanilla ice cream, chocolate cake and fudge sundae for just $9 (a great deal that also tasted good). They also have salads and other options like sandwiches and entrees apart from the ap...

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
