"**Food:** I ordered the three-meat platter with three sides, which included burnt ends, pulled pork, and sausage. The meats were fantastic! The burnt ends were incredibly soft and tender, with a delightful charred crust—possibly the best I've ever had. The pulled pork was also quite good, but I wasn't a fan of the sausage. It had a flavor that reminded me of being beer-boiled and was a bit drier than I prefer. It wasn’t terrible, but it didn’t impress me. **Sides:** I chose BBQ beans, fries, and cheesy corn. The fries were outstanding! They had the perfect amount of seasoning, with a hint of cinnamon, which paired excellently with the BBQ sauce. They were cooked to perfection. However, the cheesy corn wasn’t to my liking, and I found the BBQ beans reminiscent of plain chili; I swear they tasted like chili beans! They do have a variety of other meats and sides, so I definitely plan to return and try more. **Drinks:** The restaurant has a full bar and serves cherry Coca-Cola from the fountain, which I really enjoyed! They also offer sweet tea, which is a plus since many places don’t. **Cons:** One downside for a BBQ restaurant is the lack of mac and cheese on the menu, but that’s not a deal-breaker. It was the first chilly day in Kansas City, and I thought it was a bit cold inside the restaurant. **Parking:** I visited on a Saturday when some businesses were closed, so parking was manageable. Overall, I had a great experience and can't wait to go back!"

I'm from the delta Mississippi River area and we are proud of our barbecue but I'll tell you what Brandon has some amazing food and his corn is like crack cocaine for Foodies. I chose this restaurant because of my jazz course I got out of the electronics Hospital because it was a jazzy place and I listened to Dave Brubeck timepieces all the way up there and I highly recommend this place it was poetry on my day off Food: 5 View menu

I decided to support a small business, and I’m really glad I did. Once shops are fully open again, I will definitely dine in. The service was excellent, and the staff was friendly. The food was good, although I had to drive 20 minutes back home, which affected the fries—they didn’t hold up well during the trip (not the restaurant's fault; fries never stay crispy in a closed container). I still enjoyed them at about 60% of their potential!

Usually, it is too risky to try them at a new place. Most don't know how to make them properly. Bob, oh boy! They were some of the best I've ever had! The owner promised they would melt in my mouth... Yea, right! Uhm... He was right! Just the right amount of fat and so very tender! They were so smoky, they didn't need sauce.
