"We were a group of six, and each of us found that our shrimp, haddock, and hamburgers were overcooked! This was our second visit in a month; the first one wasn't great either, but we decided to give it another chance. We were very disappointed, especially since it's owned by the same people who ran the Palm Tree Grill, and we were hoping it would be just as good!"

"This delightful bakery is nestled in a scenic rural area, offering a cozy, rustic ambiance both inside and out. I visited to sample some pastries and bread, and like many others familiar with the Orlando/Clermont region, I consider this spot a true gem. The staff is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable about their baked goods. Almost everything is freshly made in-house and very affordable. The breads are crafted from organic flours without any added preservatives, and I noticed that the ingredients are clearly listed on the wall for each type of bread. The pastries are incredible; I particularly enjoyed the cream-filled croissant and the mango bar. The cream croissant strikes the perfect balance with its mild sweetness, sure to satisfy those who prefer a low-sugar option. I can’t wait to try more desserts! Additionally, it’s great to see that they offer hot beverages like tea and coffee, along with a deli, and there’s plenty of seating available both indoors and outdoors!"

"Boat-friendly, people- friendly casual restaurant/bar on Lake Harris. Service was a little slow at first, but once it got going it was good. Deep fried green beans a tasty start. Fried catfish was moist and flaky. Chicken on pasta dish was tasty but quiteheavy. Both desserts were delicious. The mango and peach NewYork style cheesecake not too sweet, just right. Key Lime Pie justthe right amount of tang. Lots of pontoon boats were pulling up for lunch. Fun atmosphere. Recommend if you're hungry for friedfoods. The burgers looked massive! Will return someday."

"My spouse and I were looking forward to trying Nicker’s for their prime rib and seafood buffet, so we dined there on Saturday night. We spent a total of $135 for two people, which is $54 per person plus tip and tax, but we were disappointed with the quality and taste of the food. Overall, I felt the food had a food-service quality: the crab legs were small and overcooked, while the other seafood options like flounder, mahi-mahi, and mussels had a fishy taste. The prime rib was a bit tough and dry. Additionally, the server at the prime rib and crab legs station was stingy, giving me no more than a 1/4-inch thick slice of prime rib and just one cluster of crab legs. To make matters worse, the dessert table was placed uncomfortably close to the entrance of the restaurant, which seemed unsanitary in a post-COVID context. We were quite disappointed and would not recommend dining here for the buffet, especially given its cost, food quality, and limited selections."
