"The service on the night we dined here was total chaos. I was able to reserve a table on Open Table with no wait, but walk ins were told it would be a 90 min wait. We were seated relatively quickly, was given a glass of water, and then waited for 20 minutes before anyone came back to take our order that just happened to be the host who was checking in guests at the front and was also bussing tables. There were only 4 people actually working the dining area that we could see and there didn’t appear to be any organization to who was doing what. Despite the wait to order, the food came quickly and was good, not great. Average Italian fare, good size portions. Don’t know that I’d go out of my way to dine here again."

We actually dined here twice! Ashley and Maja were fantastic servers. Everything was exceptional! This is a lovely restaurant to indulge in a sophisticated dining experience in a city that can sometimes be overrun with young hockey players, if you catch my drift!

The restaurant was bustling, with a 45-minute wait for walk-ins. They were understaffed due to many employees returning to school, but the team did an excellent job managing the busy crowd. The restaurant has multiple levels, and servers had to navigate up and down stairs carrying trays of drinks and food. We were seated on the lower level, where our server, who was handling all the tables by herself, provided exceptional service. The food was delicious, prices were reasonable, and the service was top-notch.
