What a joke of a restaurant.... they don't stay open to posted hours accept mobile order knowing they can't fulfill the order, and unable to refund order. Don't waste your time or money Raising Canes is open and want your business

Went here about a week ago and I was turned down, I assumed they had a large order they were taking care of first. Went today and the person taking my order talked down to me and kept repeating “$4.99” in an ever increasing attitude. Won’t be coming back here.

Not once not twice but every single time we get food from here they mess up the order. Give you wrong items. Missing items and they never answer the phone. I will never spend another dime in this establishment.. I’m really not a review person but, don’t waste your money View menu

I read these reviews and wonder if they have completely changed the staff. The staff I met were wonderful to place my order and thru windows on the drive. They were pleasant and fast. My order was ready and the food was good. Maybe they only had a great day, but it was wonderful to get such a great service.

I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The staff seemed inattentive, and they served us drinks that were poorly prepared and not filled properly. I found myself feeling quite thirsty. I also ordered mashed potatoes, but instead, I received a bowl of mac and cheese. Overall, it was a frustrating visit, and I don’t plan to return.

I wouldn't recommend it. Drive a bit further to reach the next KFC. I went through the drive-thru to order a 20-piece bucket and discovered when I got home that not only were the pieces hours old and dried out, but there were only 12 pieces instead of 20. I tried calling the restaurant to resolve the issue, but the phone just kept ringing with no answer. Never again. View menu

At 6 PM, there was hardly anyone in line at the restaurant. I was informed that I needed to place my order online due to a lack of staff to take orders. Seriously, they couldn't put in a little effort to enter a password themselves for five minutes? So I decided to try the drive-thru, but it seemed like customers weren't allowed to approach the window until their food was ready. This place is truly disappointing. It really needs to either change its concept or switch to a completely different franchise. It's just a mess.

seriously do not believe what I experienced this afternoon! they can only drive thru or grubhub at this place. I was in the car thru window watching kitchen package order as I waited for mine. as a hired man who dropped the bucket on the floor and after laying on the floor it picked up and continued to supplement the rest of the bucket after eating on the floor. I talked to manager. his answer was not very good. the hired had what she did, but with the time I spoke with manager grubhub had left with the bucket of the huh. that has totally disturbed me

If I could give zero stars I would. The service is atrocious! The absolute worst I've ever seen in my life!!! If I would have read the other reviews I wouldn't have even stopped here. Their systems were down so myself and several other cars pulled to the side to leave. There is a light post that made it impossible to get around. We asked the driver and the workers to have the car at the window pull forward so we could all get out. They refused to move and when I finally decided to try and squeeze my vehicle through the workers said I hope you hit his car and you have insurance. Mind blown by the ignorance!
