"I was taken to this restaurant by a friend for a birthday dinner and it was amazing! The food was delicious, especially the signature pineapple martini which was perfectly balanced. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and reminded me of a charming village in Italy. However, the absolute highlight of the whole experience was our waiter, Sam! He made me feel so special and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic evening. He serenaded us, took care of our every need, and even surprised me with a delicious chocolate cake for my birthday dessert. If I ever owned a restaurant, I would want someone like Sam to run it. He is truly a beautiful and special soul. I will definitely be returning to La Dolce Vita!"

Steer clear of the veal! I had to send it back twice because it was so tough that even a steak knife couldn't cut through it. Now I'm just crossing my fingers that the chicken will be decent. Usually, I prefer to order pasta when dining out.

Pino is the best and love the new pizza! Legit New York style perfection! Staff is friendly and great for happy hour or dinner. So glad to have it and think it's a big improvement under new ownership. Pino is also a 9-11 first responder, so it feels good to support a hero.

Pino's, formerly La Dolce Vita, is great! Most recently, I had the chicken Parmesan and they were able to prepare it Gluten Free. The owner was very present and ensured we had a great meal. It is nice to have a locally owned and operated restaurant with great good in this neighborhood.

The restaurant has delicious food and a lively atmosphere. It's a hidden gem in the Castle Pines region. Both the food and service were excellent, although the prices were a bit high. The garlic knots are particularly delicious. I would recommend this place, especially if you have a coupon. View menu

This restaurant transports you to Italy. Having lived in Denver for 5 years (including one year in Italy), I can confidently say this is the most authentic Italian dining experience I have found. The atmosphere perfectly captures the essence of an Italian street, complete with a roaming singer in the evenings.

This was our first time to Pino’s. Our server Greg was very helpful and friendly. Everything we ordered was delicious. My only comment is that I wish the food had been hotter. We were there early, 5:30, so maybe as the night progressed food would have come out hotter. But ours was a bit more than luke warm. We will be certainly be going back again!!!

Food was good but not as good as I had remembered . I wish you still had the osso buco. Our waitress was very friendly and on top of it however the kitchen staff seem to be struggling. We did not order pizza as I was told it would take 40 mins but someone in our party did and it came out quicker than the rest of our food . Not sure if I would go back. View menu

We adore this restaurant. The ambiance is wonderful, the staff is extremely friendly, and the food is excellent. It's not our top pick for a family outing, but my husband and I enjoy it for our Date Nights. The only downside is the cost. We typically spend $100 or more for dinner (plus a bottle of wine). As a result, we don't go as frequently as we'd like, but it's worth it for those rare child-free evenings.

Have a birthday here as a recommendation from my lady's staff. Great ambience, server brought stellar positive attitude and personality to the table. Singer looked like she was lipsyncing. Ordnete the Pork Tuscany and it was really amazing that is the key to a pig snake like me. So tender, it fell directly from the bone. Would you like to see the bathrooms that are made to the rest of the restaurant, but they are too embarrassing.

"What a beautiful place! From the outside, there is definitely some attraction. I browsed the menu next to the entrance and then I heard it.... the pizza angels were calling me. And they said, come in, oh hungry one. Quench your thirst with cold beer, fill your belly with amazing pizza. And so I did. Some beautiful history here! An old Catholic Church that was closed in the mid 60 's, if I remember correctly. I 'm a sucker for old buildings, beer and pizza. There were SOOOO many things in the menu I want to come back and try. Like my next most favorite food on earth, lasagne. Came in just after noon. Warmly greeted by staff. Service was spot-on! Had my drink order placed quickly. A most epic recommendation by my waitress to try a slice of the Buffalo chicken pizza! I also had to try the Works Slice. So originally, I was hoping for an individual-sized pizza. But let me tell you, two slices the same size as an individual-sized pizza! I did not leave hungry! (Maybe hungry come try everything else later! I can 't say enough about the beauty of this place! Such a warm feeling, and really want to come back and share this with my family. Antique wood floors and tables, beautiful stained glass. Incredible! The pizza was outstanding! Crust was cooked to perfection, crispy and topped to perfection. This is my new favorite place in Castle Rock! Nice job to the amazing staff and cooks!"
