"So the food wasn't bad overall it was mainly the service. We arrived early before the rush and literally were the only ones there. We got seated right away and got our drinks then the server kept running off. Then we finally got our orders in and needed refills on the drinks and ketchup. We got our drinks after about 10 minutes and never got the ketchup. The server never came back until we had a disgruntled face staring at here and got the check finally. It wasn't busy so there was zero excuse for this."
