"Not the same less ingredients and higher prices. When companies start doing this they are losing customers and headed for a grand closing. 2 weeks ago, my wife and I stopped in to pick up 2 pizzas for our family and were given the wrong order (a thin crust kids pizza) when we ordered a medium deep dish half sausage, half spinach pizza. We called to speak to the supervisor, and she said she would mail out a coupon instead of putting a free pizza on my telephone number. Well, it’s been 3 weeks, and we have seen nothing. We stopped in 2 days ago to pick up another pizza. We informed Ciara, the manager on duty in Flossmoor, Illinois about the issue, she was very dismissive, act like she didn’t care, and said the coupons are on her desk in the back. Instead of giving us the one that they promised, she said she’ll mail it out and walked away. The general manager Yami sent an email basically doing and saying nothing as well. Buyer beware because if they messed up your order they will not correct it. By the way, we drove over 40 minutes to this location. After reading all the negative reviews on Google and Yelp, I’m positive nothing will happen and this is how they do business. When people start to experience Ciara’s attitude I’m sure eventually it’ll be a grand closing of that location. Go to Giordano’s, the service is much better."

the pizza was cold and burned. that is the worst experience ever. I called the restaurant 3 times to let it know. was stopped every time for more than ten minutes. ridiculous!

A little expensive for pizza but worth every penny. The salads are addictive. I buy bottles of the dressing because it is the best dressing I ever had. Good desserts too. I wouldnt recommend this location the girl on the phone told me it would be ready in an hour got there and had to wait another 45 mins and when I got my pizzas they were cold! When I told the girl at counter she hovered her hand over my pizza and said it's still kinda warm she continues to say I can make you another one but it will be another hour!! Ridiculous!!

Been ordering for a few years...always great service and the Lou's Chicago Classic is our Go-To Selection. Recently we had picked up a Pizza was given the wrong one! It was 9pm on a Wednesday...back home hungry...so we called to let them know. They provided us a Full Refund and sent us a Gift Certificate...AWESOME SERVICE TOTAL REDEMPTION! GREAT JOB! Great sauce and cheese high quality ingredients. Pizza fan ate slices all over the country. Not my top 5 good for the Midwest. Gotta try more Chicago's pies. It was solid good pizza. Mind you I was Brooklyn born and lived in Detroit many years. It's the countries 3 best pizza city tied with Detroit. NYC then New Haven after that toss up. I need a more Chicago pies before I could give either the number 3.

Tonight was my first experience at this location. I was served a burnt pizza. When I called to inform them of the burnt pizza they kept me on hold. I called back and they put me on hold immediately as they answered the phone. I went back to the location with the pizza. I didn't want my money back I wanted another pizza. The kitchen was closed. The manager offered me a complimentary free pizza which was appreciated but then he proceeded to walk off. I had to ask him about the refund for the burnt pizza, which he did give as well. He never apologized for the inconvenience as if I was in the wrong. As a result, I will not patronize this location again.
