"The diner has a cozy atmosphere with counter seating that adds to its charm. The food is fantastic, and the staff is exceptional, making for a wonderful dining experience. The portions are generous, with the tender being larger than my head—both tender and delicious! All the homemade dishes are perfectly prepared. Everything on the menu looked so tempting that I had a hard time deciding what to order, but I was thrilled with my choice of the tuna melt! It featured a delicious tuna salad nestled between grilled bread, accompanied by American and Swiss cheese, served with chips and a side of creamy potato soup. The desserts also looked incredible, but I was so full from my half sandwich that I could hardly manage any!"

We love patronizing this Cafe. The waitstaff is attentive and friendly as usual. Today we mixed it up and tried the scramble egg, sausage, potato bow with gravy and it was delicious. We also ordered the standard egg, bacon and pancake and it was scrumptious as well.

Came here for lunch with my sister before my doctor's appt and realized this was our 1st time here and it was lunchtime was it was pretty packed and busy, but that was a good thing, we ordered a BLT and fish and chips and the food was delish and will definitely be back!

I visited this restaurant with my sister today for the first time, and I regret not having come here sooner. I absolutely loved it! Our breakfast was wonderful, and while the prices are slightly higher, they are worth every extra cent. If you're near Coldwater Street and Wallen Street, be sure to stop by and try their dishes—it's truly fantastic. View menu

We arrived at lunchtime and seated ourselves as the sign directed. Waitress came by shortly to get our drink order and gave us menus. In spite of being busy my coffee cup was never empty and our food came out relatively quickly. The Reuben sandwich I ordered had lots of meat and sauerkraut, but did not have much flavor. We did share a piece of Pecan Cream pie which was excellent! Pies are one of their specialties. I will be going back to try their Chicken Noodle soup which we observed several people enjoying.

I absolutely love this place! I'm a big supporter of local businesses, and you won’t find a more local spot than this one. It’s mostly the same group of locals who come together to support this family-run establishment. If you’re a fan of delicious burgers (and trust me, the crispy edges are amazing), this is the place for you! Just a heads up, the Double Burger is massive! Like many restaurants these days, they are a bit short-staffed, but they still manage to serve food quickly without compromising on quality. Be patient with the staff and don’t forget to tip your server!
