Associates and I enjoyed our meals! Service was great and food was very good. I had a burger and it was one of the best I had ever eaten. Another guest enjoyed the baseball steak. Will go again.

Came on a calm Monday night, the food and ambiance was great, the staff paid a lot of attention to detail. Jared the maitre d was a joy and made sure I had a great experience, my waiter Fred was very energetic and provided a great service. Ordered a Greek salad and had a steak which was cooked perfectly. Nous sommes allée à ce restaurant en famille et le service et le mangé était horrible. Les gens sont impoli et ne respecte pas les gens. Le mangé est dangereusement non adéquat surtout lors des parties du Canadiens ou tout le monde est pressé. Ce restaurant devrait se préparer plus et avoir des gens plus courtois.N'y allée pas, vous perdez votre temps et argent

We made the mistake of eating at this joint before an event at the Bell Centre. Turns out they have a special limited menu for such occasions. What 's special is they jack up the price by 50% to take advantage of unsuspecting concert-goers like us....$10 tax for a draft beer. $36+ for very ordinary ribs and McDonald 's type fries. $23+ for a burger. Shameless rip-off. Never going back.

We have been in town for a long weekend, and the we have had nothing but terrible food... of course, on our last night here we found the best food in the entire city! The food, the service, and management was absolutely amazing! Marwan, AKA Jon Snow and Fredrick were the best two waiters we have had all weekend. The manager Jared came out and was fantastic as well. He even made us reservations at a bar special bar for us that was playing the season premier of Game of Thrones! View menu

We decided to go to Madison's before a concert last week and what a disaster it was. We waiting in line for about 30 min before someone came and asked if we wanted to sit at the bar. We didn't care we just wanted to eat. We order drinks and when we went to order food we were told we couldn't order just a bunch of appetizers we had to order a main meal if we sat at the bar. Why didn't they tell us that before they sat us. We ended up cancelling our drink order and leaving. I will not be going back!!

Afin d'être certains d'avoir une table, nous avions téléphoné une semaine à l'avance pour réserver. La personne à qui nous avons parlé a dit qu'il ne pouvait prendre de réservation pour des soupers avant 17h30 (politique du resto) et nous a assuré qu'il n'avait pas de problème pour 16h30, que le restaurant allait être vide, même avant un match! Nous avons donc été surpris (et fâchés) d'arriver et de voir la file de personnes qui attendait à l'extérieur!! Par chance, l'attente n'a duré qu'une quinzaine de minutes!! Our server, Chris, elevated our experience at Madisons beyond my visit to other locations of this chain. He was friendly, extremely attentive and accommodating, and good at his job. You never know what you're going to get when you pick a spot in such a...prime location just across from the Bell Centre, where we had just bought tickets.
