"Everything is good here. Coffee excellent. Pastries are fresh and delicious. The Chocolate Almond Croissant is my favorite. Other favorites: Spinach Parmesan tart and Caprese sandwich. Very fresh roll with flavorful pesto. Mozzarella and tomato are excellent quality, very very fresh. The Potato flatbread is excellent, several flavors, very fresh and savory. This is a solid bet for fresh, quality food and coffee. Very friendly staff is an added bonus. There is a small but really cute seating area to the side. Perfect take out spot."

The service was pleasant, but the croissant was quite stale. I would recommend going to the coffee shop next door instead. View menu

The large drink had a sipping cap, which was great, but the medium came with a straw-style lid, so a straw would have been perfect! Regardless, the drinks were fantastic.

The atmosphere was excellent. A big rain storm was coming and I needed a place to grab a coffee with my miniature golden doodle, Paris. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10

The baked goods here are quite good, but I don't believe they justify the price. I paid $7.40 for a small scone today. While it was tasty, I think it's a bit on the expensive side, especially compared to several other bakeries in the area that offer lower prices. View menu

We stumbled upon this restaurant while looking for a quick bite to eat, and what a gem it turned out to be! The atmosphere was so inviting, and the staff were incredibly polite. The food was outstanding, especially the gorgonzola sandwich and potato pizza! We really hope we get the chance to stop by again before leaving New York.

Good cold brew and choice of beverages. Would not recommend the cookie only because it was very dry. Barista was polite. Both locations on the same block also have patios on the street for additional outdoor seating, however with dogs in the enclosed area, it smelled like pee inside unfortunately. It would need to be aired and cleaned more frequently, not only with a broom but deep cleaned.

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
