"We dined here after a long day of driving, and the experience was decent overall. The service was adequate—not too attentive, yet not lacking either. The food was similarly average. We ordered salads, but they arrived so quickly that we didn’t have time to finish them. I tried the fish and chips, but I found it to be more breading than actual fish. Once I removed the breading, there was barely any fish left. On the bright side, the hand-cut fries were delicious. My dining companion ordered corned beef and cabbage and remarked that the corned beef had a texture and flavor more akin to ham. The prices were very reasonable, and the portions were generous. I would consider coming back if I’m in the area, but I would choose a different dish next time."

I've always had a great time at Maggie's whenever I visited my daughter since she moved here years ago. As usual, I ordered the fish and chips. The fish...

The service was excellent, and the food was really enjoyable. The potato soup was full of flavor, and the Reuben sandwich was very tasty. The Turkey Club was delightful, and the fish sandwich was packed with flavor as well. View menu

The food was just average, but I appreciate that it wasn’t too pricey. Unfortunately, the service was really disappointing. There seemed to be some kind of issue in the kitchen—possibly a fire?—but the staff handled it poorly.

it's OK, I had the fish and chips and it was decent. I think the place needs an update, I found the smell annoying and the music too loud for a place that was almost empty. Maybe when college come back from summer break will be better. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Would I come back? Probably not for dinner, mainly because I don’t live nearby. If I happen to be in town again, I would opt for a different place. However, if you’re looking to enjoy drinks, this could be a fun spot when it’s busy. The atmosphere and decor were lively, resembling a typical Irish pub. I absolutely love Maggie Miley's! Although I didn't have any drinks this time, I can attest from previous visits that they pour a great Guinness. The food was delicious; the sweet potato crisps were particularly tasty. I chose the bangers and mash, as usual, while my wife opted for the stuffed chicken breast. Both dishes were packed with flavor! We also received prompt service, so a big thank you to JC, our server! Overall, I would rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5.

Wow! This bar and Thomas their Mixologist were absolutely amazing! I was in town on business and decided to kill some time while I wait for my train back to Chicago and popped in. They actually have a real wide selection of local beers and pretty cool people who walk in. Mostly locals and the food is impressive for a pub. I had the Salmon Sandwich and it was . Not to mention my bill after drinks and food was surprisingly affordable compared to Chicago. If you are in the area this is a definite go to for drinks and great conversation with the coolest people in town. Didn't realize Normal had so much to offer. I will definitely be back!
