"The food was satisfactory, but the prices were steep, and the service left much to be desired. When I asked one of the employees behind the counter for a recommendation between a couple of menu items, he bluntly replied that it didn't matter since I would just choose what I wanted anyway, so I should just place an order. I was taken aback, especially with several cooks nearby witnessing this interaction. Trying to lighten the mood, I asked him if he didn’t have a favorite dish, to which he responded that he wouldn't eat there. Given their own suggestion, I can't recommend dining here either."

Had a standard breakfast sandwich which was very good. However cashiers attitude was not good at all. Poor customer service good food don’t mix! You got to complete the double play!

Decent food, but they waited until I got there to prepare a simple panini, saying that it was to be served hot. When I got it, it was too hot to eat, even after 10 minutes when I got back to my office.

To the owner: Great restaurant; a good place to have breakfast. However, it is essential for a business to have good customer service. The workers are very rude, they have a nasty attitude, and gossip about clients in Spanish, and that's very disrespectful for non-Spanish speakers. Other than that, everything's great.

I am extremely disappointed with this cafe. The staff were quite rude, particularly the two women working at the registers. They behaved as if they were the ones who had paid for my meal. When they prepared the wrong order for me and I pointed it out, they responded with anger and said something in Spanish that I didn’t understand. Additionally, they seemed to have a nasty attitude toward both foreigners and locals. I recommend that the owner spends an hour in the cafe without informing the staff, as that would give them a firsthand look at how the employees interact with customers.
