"My server was named Gabriel H, and I have to say, I haven't experienced service like this in a long time. He was well-mannered, polite, and clearly a hard worker. I sat there for 30 minutes and watched him go non-stop, refilling drinks and moving from table to table to take orders. You know how in many places, servers can seem like they’re dragging their feet? It's like they're doing you a favor by bringing you a refill. But not Gabriel! Every time I asked for a coffee refill, he responded with "Sure!" or "Of course!" which was refreshing. I ordered the Fried Steak and Eggs, one of my favorites, and after some disappointing experiences at other places recently, I was pleasantly surprised here. The fried steak was cooked perfectly — not overdone at all. I definitely need to add Marilyn's Cafe back to my list of go-to spots. I will certainly be stopping by again!"

My salad, with the dressing served on the side, was excellent, and I will definitely be returning for it. While it may not be the best café I’ve ever been to, it’s certainly a solid option, especially for the price. Plus, parking is free!

Located inside the Tuscany Suites Casino (next to the casino area) this cafe serves some pretty delicious food at a reasonable price. I ordered the honey walnut shrimp which came with rice and vegetables. The food was as I expected it to taste but they do give good portions here. Overall, it's a good cafe if you want a nice bite to eat but don't want to spend too much.

I am pleased to report that this restaurant has just increased its hours, so it now closes at 11:00 p.m. each night. Diane and I returned to try Potato Skins, which were surprisingly good and with just enough potato, and I had a Garden Salad with a vibrant French Dressing, which was quite a large salad. Then, while Diane enjoyed a Prime Rib Dip with melted Provolone, French Fries, and plenty of au jus for dipping, I was very pleased with a medium-rare 1/2 lb. Chop Steak with Mushrooms and added Grilled Onions, tasty Green Beans, and Mashed Potatoes that were smothered with Brown Gravy. Service was very good. Marilyn's Cafe is situated inside the Tuscany Casino on Flamingo Rd, just two miles from the Strip, with free parking available. After visiting the casino, we decided to stop by Marilyn's Cafe for a late breakfast. The menu offers a wide variety of items at very reasonable prices. I ordered the 'French Toast Complete' breakfast, which includes four slices of French toast, two eggs, and bacon and sausage. Everything was delicious and satisfying. I started my meal with a cup of hot coffee and a mimosa. The coffee was bold and steaming, just the way I like it, while the mimosa was refreshing and perfectly chilled. They post the daily specials right at the entrance, which is a nice touch. I decided to try the bacon avocado omelette, asking for the salsa on the side. It came with crispy hash browns and toast.
