"The food and the servers were amazing. The restaurant was extremely loud, which was difficult for a business dinner. The reason my review is so low is mainly due to the host at the front desk. They were extremely rude to my party as they arrived and very confrontational. We then had someone who wasn't feeling well and was going to head back but decided to stay and not eat. When we shared this, the host was rude and angry that we would ask and he shared angrily that they would have to reset the table. Just sad when you are bringing a party of 10 to a restaurant like this and we spend a lot of money to be treated so poorly upon entry."

We been to the MASTROS in Beverly Hills and it was the best experience so we thought we try this one in Sf. We were disappointed and did not have the same experience but it was still good. The food was not sizzling hot. We didn’t get the same service. Our waiter didn’t come back to check on us.

This is a peculiar restaurant. The main courses are delicious, everything else not so much. The rooms are designed to impress, but the service is only mediocre. The prices do not justify the experience. It seems to be the sort of place people go to impress their guests that they have money to burn, when the guests have never really experienced a good restaurant before.
