"I've always loved McAlister's and still enjoy the food usually. The last few years they've changed things up a little but the food is still good. Unfortunately Conways location is hit and miss. Sometimes food is ready in a reasonable time other times not so much. Same with employees, sometimes they're professional and nice other times that's not the case. I still go there but it's been less and less over the last 3 years."

Had the beefy baked potato it was very good. Wife misses bread soup bowl removed from the menu. Her veggie sandwich was fresh and enjoyed.

I'm disappointed with the cleanliness and the worn-out parking lot at McAlister's Deli during my recent visit. The men’s restroom was unacceptable.

Most everything went OK. They were out of Ceaser Salad Dressing so one in our party had to change thier order. No one checked on us at our table as they always do at the McAlister back home. View menu

The manager should be fired, very rude and likes to talk down to customers and hang up on them on multiple occasions. Very bad management, might give them another try when the management changes.

Without a doubt, this is the best tortilla soup I’ve ever tasted! As a food critic, I tend to be quite discerning when it comes to soups, but this one stands out. It’s heartier than typical tortilla soups, packed with chunks of chicken, and the flavor is outstanding! It complements the pecanberry salad perfectly.
