Mcdonald's - Menu

I had the worst experience ever at a McDonald's. The staff was extremely rude and the restaurant was very dirty.

The most unpleasant person that greeted us. Looked like she just rolled out of bed. Mt iced coffee had very little ice.

Person handing food through drive thru was rude.he doesn’t greet customers and acts like he doesn’t want to work. He did this our previous visit also. Also did not get a receipt. The only reason I visit here is because my son enjoy the nuggets.

Don't go there they're to busy talking to one another inside the store and you will have to wait for awhile to get your food. I went through the drive through and they waited on 4 people at one lane in front of me and then when I got to the window to pay I asked to speak to the MOD and they told me I would have to come back tomorrow cause they were gone for the day.

No good. Manager working hard but some employees have attitudes, Everyone doesn't have a credit/bank card which means they can pay on the MOBILE app or kiosk, which the kiosk even asks to take a table and take to register for cash but our McDonald's WILL NOT take cash so we had to cancel our order. they did not give me the correct order that I understand that this happened, the problem that I was when I tried to ask for a man (so I could get the food I paid) they told me in the ground that I was out. They laughed and cut sweat and looked at me as if I were not there. whoever the manager is must be reassessed. good customer service is everything. if they don't have that it just won't take to treat people like that.

I don't normally go out of my way to post bad reviews, but this place warrants it. My wife and I stopped there to get a Dr. Pepper and to use the restroom, two areas where McDonald's is usually pretty reliable. This place had what looked like one poor and very tired woman in the kitchen doing everything. The counters were grungy, washrooms filthy, and Dr. Pepper undrinkable. We had to wait 5 or so minutes for the Dr. Pepper and then it was so bad, my wife had to throw it out in the parking lot trash barrel after one sip. No kidding........this place should NOT be in operation and we were NOT Lovin' it! Give yourself a break and do NOT stop here!!

This restaurant has a couple of workers who do not have good customer service. It was early morning around 8:30 or 9 am. I ordered a large Carmel Mocha with my order. This one young lady came from the back screaming in a rude tone, Who ordered a large Carmel Mocha. I quietly stated I did. I guess she did not hear me and said it was louder, and the workers around her informed her that I ordered the coffee. She the inform me rudely, our hot machine is not working. She did not give me options. She just walked away. Now mine you I had paid for this and I had to ask for my money back. She was wearing a Macdonald shirt with a scarf as if she were management.
