"Came through the drive thru on Oct 27th at 7:02 did leave tell 7:47. Over 40 mins in the drive thru is unacceptable. Only to receive cold food. I ordered ice cream and I don't know if they was hoping I would forget but I waited 5 mins after they handed me everything for then to even start making the ice cream. Then only put the oreos on top and not blend it through since they was out of oreos. This was coming from the manager. This place needs alot of work and if the manager acts like she doesn't care employees follow suit. This store is trash and needs alot of help."

They stop selling kids meals at midnight. The staff are polite bt they tend to forget things like when u do get a kids meal more than once the forgot to put the entire meal in. That means the chicken nuggets, apples And the kids toys they only gave me fries and handed me the kids meal

I understand it’s busy. I understand you probably don’t love the job but come on. I got 6 burnt cookies with my order they are hard as rocks and the sandwiches were thrown together in a mess. We pay money for food and don’t like to waste money and by we I mean the customers. This is ridiculous. Never had a problem with the daytime crew. Always something on evening/night shift. View menu

To caveat, I no longer compare McDonald 's establishments to other establishments in the same sector of service. Comparing THIS particular restaurant located off Business 190, restaurant#7193, to other McDonald 's restaurants... it has some work. I wanted a variety of things for lunch but decided to go here instead. The drive-thru had a few cars waiting in the coveted post-pay-food-delay line.

Past couple of weeks been visiting for lunch I was short changed once and the food was cold and it's not like what it uses to be, I have managed Mackey D's and worked my way up to 2nd assistance and have I never ever served food as terrible as I received and all e hoopla about paying more money per hr ,Ha, I remember when I started at 2.86 hr and worked my way up.to 9hr and made sure I never let anybody serve nothing they wouldn't eat
