"Just horrible management. After attempting to get a workers attention 3 times and ignored 3 times. Right after waiting 5 minutes for someone to approach the counter because your horrible training hasn't taught them to give drink cups. A cup. For a drink. Ordered WITH A MEAL. That shows up on screen. The slip. If they had even announced the order they probably would've figured it out. Any basic level of training would've covered making sure to READ THE ORDER BEFORE HANDING IT OUT. Even the fries are cold and soggy. Not remotely warm. Clearly well past the 15 minute timer on your fryers. All around horrible management then. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"

We had to wait almost 20 minutes for a hamburger which turned out to be overcooked. The parking lot is filled with deep potholes. The service was lacking, rating a 1 out of 5. The atmosphere of the restaurant was a 2 out of 5. Overall, not a great experience for a lunch meal costing between $10-20 per person.
