There aren't many Cuban restaurants in the area, so many patrons might not have anything to compare this subpar food to. The service was minimal at best. To be honest, I wouldn't recommend going to that place in the 5qt category. I called to place an order and was told to pick it up an hour later. When I arrived, they didn't open the door for me, even though the TVs and fans were on inside. After waiting for an hour and being ignored, I left without getting my food. This restaurant has really declined lately. I placed an order at 4:30 PM and arrived when they told me to, which was an hour later. I wasn't happy about the wait, but I accepted it. When I got there to pick up my order, however, the place was closed. The lights were on, all their signs were out front, and I tried calling multiple times but got no response. I waited around for about 15 minutes, but no one ever showed up. It's very disappointing, and I can't recommend this place.
