The Fried Chicken Sandwich was just average—nothing special. Unfortunately, the French fries were overcooked, making them tough and cold. I was disappointed with this order. This was my second time ordering from Metro; my first order, the Classic Burger and fries, was excellent.

What an amazing discovery! We sat at the counter and saw the chefs really putting in the effort. The staff had such a fantastic energy together. The food was incredible! We ordered the cinnamon roll pancakes and the carnitas scramble, and they were delicious! The pancakes were massive!

I found a bug on my egg plate, which was really disappointing. I wish I had taken pictures to document it. The manager should have stopped by to address the situation, perhaps saying something like, "I'm sorry about this; we just remade the eggs." When my server took the plate to the window, everyone noticed the issue. I don’t blame my server for this, but it's frustrating nonetheless.

Food was delicious. Eggs cooked correctly. Pancakes awesome. Service was outstanding! Server's name was Cheyenne. She was very attentive. Quick to take drink order. Made sure the drinks were kept filled. Made sure the meal was correct and what we asked for. Made sure we had everything we needed. Always had a smile. Numerous tables going at once and was damn good at it. Bottom line, she ran her a off!
