"We were seated promptly at 8 PM, but it seemed like she had forgotten about us, as the table remained empty during our wait. We started with the appetizer sampler, which included 5 wings, 2 clam cakes, and 2 potato skins. The appetizer was decent overall, but the wings were a bit dry. For our main dishes, we ordered the shrimp tostada, a meatball, and a burger. Unfortunately, the shrimp tostada was quite unappetizing—it consisted of a fried flour tortilla topped with wilted lettuce and shrimp slathered in mayonnaise, making it nearly inedible. The meatball was acceptable but not what we anticipated; it arrived as a gigantic meatball with a large chunk of butter on top. The burger, however, was the highlight of our meal. It was cooked medium rare and was impressively large. The fries, on the other hand, were soft and unremarkable. Overall, we wouldn’t choose to return to this restaurant. If you do decide to visit, I'd recommend ordering the burger or the pasta dishes, which looked appealing. Just steer clear of the shrimp tostada."

A lot of people in the area rave about this restaurant. It reminded my wife and I of a Frat House on Sunday morning after a Kegger! The smell of stale beer and we left! That's it!!

Always a great night out, we get great service from our server Linnea she makes us feel at home. Great food and good times my family highly recommends JC of Mastic/ or as I will always refer to it Mikes Place. Returned again with group of 6 hungry guys from the Manors...we sat in private room in rear of dining room and had great service and food. Cocktails always perfect and they have Guinness on tap...perfect pour! Appys were great especially the Thai Wings!!! Mains ran from burgers to steak...nary a .comment... busy eating. All love the place and we will return very soon...a Real Gem in a dirth of sitdown traditional American restaurants ....good for families and date night.

Everything he suggested was spot-on: my husband tried the Oysters Casino for the first time, and I thoroughly enjoyed the Burrata Chicken, though I could have done without the chicken—it was all about that perfectly cooked pasta in a delicious sauce, and who doesn't love burrata? The Fried Calamari was also a hit. The portions are massive, and we were way too full for dessert. However, Tommy kindly offered us a sample of their homemade Cannoli cheesecake, which was really tasty! Of course, we couldn't leave without getting a slice of Pistachio Cheesecake to take with us in case we got stuck in traffic. Thanks for a fantastic meal, JC's! I’ll definitely be back soon!
