"We visited Friday night of the 2023 Octoberfest. The Brauhaus was understaffed and those working ignored us. There was a huge line of people waiting to have their name taken to be seated. Most waited for 20 minutes to be acknowledged before giving up and leaving. At one point a bartender said have you been helped we said no and he walked away without another glance or word. Staff walked by us constantly and acted as if we were invisible. Very rude. I was extremely disappointed. I hadn 't visited the Amana restaurants in quite a while. This experience made me not want to come back. Service: 1"
