"Not worth the price. (In regards to the response from the restaurant, you cannot justify the price of a simple margherita pinsa that doesn't even have good quality products. The restaurant claims to pay homage to trattorie serving real food but this is just a disappointment and doesn't resemble Roman style pinsa. It's just an overpriced oval shaped pizza (not even the ingredients resemble a pinsa with overpriced American ingredients that create a soggy, slightly burnt pinsa. But that's just my experience and comparison to other traditional Roman pinsa and trattoria. This place is too formal to claim to resemble one and doesn't even stand close to the quality of one. Thanks for reaching out."

The food was decent, but the service was slow and unsatisfactory. Overall, I would rate the food a 3, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 3.

I can't express enough how fantastic the food is, whether it's pasta or pizza. The service makes you feel right at home, and the wine and drinks are excellent. This little Italian gem in Walnut Creek is a must-visit. Kid-friendliness: The waitress is incredibly charming and sweet to my son, who loves spaghetti, and this place always brings him joy. Very friendly staff, great service, and delicious food! They checked on us often, had good insights, were sweet to our baby daughter, and even let us order full kitchen items before it fully opened. The food was amazing! We had just gotten back from Europe and it was similar in quality and taste to food there which seems tough to achieve in the USA. The San Lorenzo (vegan) pinsa with bell peppers, zucchini, and eggplant was our favorite pinsa! (I'm a chess eater like Charlie Day in Always Sunny, but this one didn't need cheese) Kid-friendliness: High chairs.

OVERALL: 5/5 Food/Drinks: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Ambiance: 5/5 Have tried both SF location. Discovered this place when I was looking for a place for my book club meeting in WC. My friends loved it. We had Cavolfiori Cauliflower salad Cavoletti Fritti Brussels Sprouts Suppli Al Telefono Tomato Mozzarella risotto croquettes SeaBass San Lorenzo Pinsa Centocelle Pinsa Dessert Pistachio Pinsa Pannacotta Flourless Chocolate Cake Each answer everything was delicious and there was no a crumb left on our plates. Somehow my East Bay friends were not aware of this place and they were excited to come back with their families 10 10 2023 Dinner Table for 5 View menu
