"The Papas Rellena was absolutely delicious and packed with flavor. The potato was cooked perfectly, and the ground meat inside had a wonderful blend of spices. The onions served on the side complemented the dish nicely. I highly recommend it. As for the paella, it was generously topped with seafood, including shrimp, mussels, and scallops, all of which were fantastic. My only issue was that the paella was a bit on the dry side; a slightly moister texture would have made it even better. Overall, I enjoyed the Peruvian food a lot and look forward to trying more dishes in the future."

My first visit here was fantastic! The Pescado a lo macho was one of the best I've ever had, and the chicha morada was perfect. The food is amazing! We'll definitely be returning!

The food is really delicious here. It's a bit pricey but you do get what you pay for. The anticucho was the best I've tasted and the Ceviche was top-notch as well. Overall, probably the best tasting Peruvian fare I've had. The only negative is that they dont have my favorite Pollo a la Brasa on their menu. View menu

The sauces are incredibly flavorful, and the fragrant rice is a perfect complement. However, the squid was a bit too tough for my liking—I chewed for ages and ultimately had to spit it out. The mussels were delicious, though I wish there had been more of them. The fish was good and tender. I didn’t try the shrimp because they appeared quite tough, so I decided to skip them.

Anniversary eve the better half looking for cuisine we have not tried in a while and then we saw Mr Kana Peruvian Restaurant on Yelp. So Peruvian it was and we were not disappointed. Huge portions, fresh veggies and meats cooked to perfection in amazing Peruvian Spices. So here is what we ordered and picked up from the restaurant : 1. After a long morning of traveling, I arrive at San Jose airport and immediately feel the craving for some Peruvian cuisine. I'm so glad I took the risk and went into my adventure to Mr. Kano. The table service was friendly, and the portions were quite generous. However, the menu is only available online, and there’s no complimentary water service; you have to purchase a Kirkland plastic water bottle if you want water with your meal. One of our dishes was served about five minutes before the others, which was a bit off. The decor is pretty basic, reminiscent of a diner. Overall, it was a somewhat mixed experience, which is why I’m giving it three stars.
