"There was an Extremely Rude and Disrespectful Front of the House Manager named Chris!My family and I ordered our food, and when my meal came back stuffed shrimp with crab meat it was not hot! I immediately called the waitress and explained to her the food was not hot, and I wanted my meal hot. After 23 minutes or so my food still did not come out, so I asked the waitress to please get the manager. When the female manager walked up to the table she immediately starting talking and never gave me a chance to say anything! She said , We are so busy right now She stated that the plate was hot and she put her finger in the food I told her the plate may have been hot, but the food was not hot! She kept on talking and never gave me a chance to explain that I wanted hot food. Every time I began to speak, Chris would cut me off ! I explained to Chris that if the food is not picked up on time, it gets cold after sitting there and walking through the restaurant. The manager was disrespectful and not accommodating! By this time my family had already finished their meal and I told the manager I was not able to eat with my family. She loudly said, So what do you want me to do cancel the order I said yes. On the way out we asked the front desk person for the name of the owner and tried to explain to her how rude and disrespectful the manager had been. We have been coming to this restaurant for over 4 years and had never been treated this way! While we were talking to the front desk person, Chris butts in and starting interfering in our conversation. We asked for the owner's name and she told us it was Jerry Sullivan. She remained yelling at us and told us to leave and that this is not Burger King you cannot have it your way! It was so rude and disrespectful until another customer started video taping this incident! We have this incident on tape and the Front House manager rudely talking about Burger King! I am extremely dissatisfied with the way Chris the manager treated me and my family! We will never return here again, because of the humiliating experience we had with the front house manager named Chris! She was cruel, rude and inconsiderate! I sent for the manager to speak to her and she did not allow me to speak, but came straight to the table and starting talking. I sent for her, she should have at least given me the opportunity to express myself with my concerns. It was a horrible experience and I was never able to eat with my family! They had finished their meal and my meal still had not come out! Chris was very insulting to me and my family! I had a nice lunch here! not busy and we sat right away. the service was quick attention. Beverage menu had a lot of variety eating was pretty good. crabcakes were a tad underseasoned (I am from the coast of virginia so prefer maryland style, but overall great culinary experience. we're safe back.

Neutral: The service was average. Negative: The prices are overpriced. I ordered the simple fish and chips for $20, but the quality was only equivalent to Hibernian or Carolina Ale House. The portion size was much smaller compared to the other two nearby restaurants, making it not worth the higher price.

The food exceeded my expectation. Our waitress was wonderful-Narga, ask for her and you won’t be disappointed in the service. Not one thing would I have changed. Perfect dinner. The experience was not great. The waitress was not attentive at all. We are very easy-going but this was not satisfactory. She walked by multiple times without checking in and kept leaving before we could finish placing our orders. I work in retail and place high value on good customer service and simple acknowledgment.

we ate there today as part of our Mother's Day celebration. Although my wife had eaten there before, that was my first time. the food and the service were great. the facility has a very nice ambiente and the food is served with a great presentation and it tastes just as good! our server, jack, was such a nice person. I can't say enough about him.

delicious new england tariff. we tried the crab dip, clam chowder, holiday surf n turf and stuffed tilapia. it was hard to choose a single favorite, as each dish was special and tasty on its own wise. we celebrated our jubilee and our server served us a beautiful three times chocolate cake on the house. would love to try again some more elements on the menu. we have booked their private room on 4/16/22 for our high time reception of 20. it was the perfect size and in a great location of the restaurant. everything was great! server were attentive and about, eating and drinking were amazing (no complaining of my guests) and chris (the manager) was very thoughtful and delivered us a high-time gift. we really appreciate our server, the manager and the kitchen bar staff to help us end our high-time day with such a great experience.
