"So gooood! What a game changer! Neels does it best! BUT they have OFF days!!! Sometimes they replace crazy objects when they get out. Sometimes they ignore the intrusions. Sometimes they drown salads in dressing. Sometimes you just forget to flip things. Recently I noticed the presentation of her delicious dessert, Tartufo. If you had it, you know how gray it can be. But sometimes they cut it in half, sprinkled and lay in a plate... And sometimes they throw a sloping ball of sad ice, half melted, into a random small container. I'm really upset at the last 70/30 chance you get what you want. I like the gamble!"

Unlike many places where you end up with a slice that's been sitting out for hours (or even days), the toppings here are fresh, and you can really see that the staff are skilled professionals! Tasty New York Style pizza. I had the bbq Chicken pizza. The pizza was thin crust, not at all soggy with adequate amounts of toppings. I feel like they did over due it with the cheese, but nonetheless it still tasted very good. I also had the garlic knots which were average, very drenched in butter. Overall nice eatery for pizza.

I hope that appropriate action will be taken, and if the owner genuinely cares about customer satisfaction, they will reach out to resolve this issue.
