"While I rated the service a 5 because the waitress was outstanding, I believe the restaurant should hire more staff, especially for such a large space. She appeared overwhelmed, and it would have been helpful to have a busser to assist with clearing and setting tables. I even offered to help clear and wipe our table, but was told it wasn’t necessary and to just wait. I understand their reasoning, but it was still frustrating."

We were there two weeks ago and going back today, food is great , waitresses are always great. We've been to all of their locations and food is tremendous at all of them but the waitresses at Bayport really stand out for attention and prompt service.

I had breakfast there and sat at the bar. The food and drinks were great when I got them, but unfortunately, the bartender was terrible. It took 10 minutes to get served when I sat down. She forgot my 2nd drink order. And she never came back to check on me after I got my food. Bad service experience but good food.
