"My daughter and I had looked forward to having lunch at what use to be our favorite fancy place to eat in Stillwater. She ordered a ribeye WELL DONE I ordered the garden salad with adding the steak to it also cooked WELL DONE! My steak was automatically noticed by myself because they slice it) that it was NOT well done! I immediately said it would need to go back for more fire please. I also included I do not want any pink please. My steak came back still pink. My daughters steak was RED! She is one that prefers it cooked done but can eat it unlike myself. Also would like to include the quality of the salad was not the same as previous visits. Lots of white the ends that are normally disposed of) instead of large tomatoes cut up as previous visits it had some small grape tomatoes. I picked out and left on the side plate a lot of the trash ate the salad enjoyed being with my daughter but The booth we sat in was dusty the sides next to you we could both see the dust standing) I had to wipe off my seat to sit down but I kind of shrugged it off because was still looking forward to the meal. Now here 's the thing OUR SERVER WAS VERY NICE! I think she was possibly one that had not been working very long. She had a difficult table beside us that an older gentleman was being very loud about getting a cup of soup instead of the bowl he wanted. These were OSU people with a donation person. They were very loud So Extra complaints on our server did not seem nice when she was dealing with all of that. But the biggest upset is that our favorite fancy spot is no more And also being a person that never believes in punishing a server for obvious other people having issues housekeeping cleaning the booth seats and surrounding COOK THAT CAN NOT COOK A STEAK enough said about salad. YES I gave ABOVE the highest suggestion because she was very nice!"

Great restaurant favorably located in the center of the OSU campus. Solid across the board service, food and ambiance. Superb steaks. Nowhere better in Stillwater.

we loved our experience at the ranchers club. the food and the drinks were fabulous. there was a bit of backup/slowness to get our cash drinks, but the personal kept us informed. my man got the rib and I got pasta with garnel both dishes were very tasteful and the steak was really delicate. we will enjoy and go again.

I am glad I decided to give The Ranchers Club a try since I have meal plan money to burn. It was a little annoying that it was a near two-hour wait on my takeout order, but the staff apologized since they were busy. As I waited, I could see that they were packed and I work in food service myself, so I was not angry. The staff went above and beyond as I waited, such as checking on my order without me asking, and gave a 50% refund since the order took so long. I was impressed that the food was still warm and delicious. I got the fried calamari, a ribeye cooked medium, mashed potatoes, and cheesecake for dessert. The calamari were fried to perfection and the sauce enhanced the flavor even more....
