"The service was good. Hosts were nonchalant not particularly friendly. Drinks were good. Pizza was under cooked, got with 1/2 mushrooms that barely had any on that half this has been typical of last few visits not sure why they can’t leave the pizza in longer it is so pale and mushrooms are cheap put more on). The wall at our booth had food stains running down the wall. Honestly NYAJ Methuen can’t speak to all NYAJ’s) is running out of second chances with us."

Waiter was great. Food was ok. Vibe was very much fast casual chain. A/C wasn’t working very well was quite warm. It was average.

There was a complete lack of detail in many areas from service to food. We have been here dozens of times before and never experienced anything like this, hopefully it was a fluke and won't happen again.

We always enjoy dining at this restaurant for our regular Friday night dinner. The food, service, and ambiance are all very good. The only issue we have is that when we make a reservation through Open Table, they never seem to remember that we prefer a high top table.

Worst experience in a restaurant in a very long time. Sorry to say, the server was the WORST I’ve ever had in any restaurant. She actually told the table next to us that she didn’t have time to listen to them when they were making requests around allergies. The food was mediocre, the menu boring. So sad as this use to be a staple of ours and always enjoyable.
